The Lord is the only one of significance since He is my protector. If he doesn 't watch over me, I am doomed for failure and defeat. Since he keeps me, then he prevents any and everything from harming me. The plots set up by the enemy will not penetrate the shelter he has over me. Even though I can sense the dangers around, I can truly say that I am in a safe place because he has become the shade upon my right hand. No harm can penetrate that covering over my life.
