    Hello Robert The water that is spoken of by Jesus in these scriptures are not talking about the birth water that we are in while being carried in our mother s womb. This water is the baptism that is spoken of in Acts 2 38. In John Chapter 3, Nicodemus already had asked the question, John 3 4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter the second time into his mother s womb, and be born? Then Jesus answered Verses 5 thru 8. If you look at verse 6 Jesus made the distinction of what he was talking about, He said that which is born of flesh is flesh and that which is born of spirit is spirit. Flesh and blood will not enter into the kingdom of heaven this is why those who have taken on the name of Jesus Christ will be changed in the moment in the twinkling of an eye.
