    verse18 And all things are of GOD who have reconciled us to him by JESUS CHRIST, and have given us the ministry of reconciliation. GOD SAID ALL SOULS BELONG TO HIM HE SAID GO AND PREACH THE GOOD NEWS OF THE GOSPEL TELL EVERYONE THAT WE HAVE BEEN RECONCILED TO GOD BY JESUS CHRIST. WE ARE NO LONGER CHILDREN OF DISOBEDIENCE WE ARE CHILDREN OF GOD WE ARE NO LONGER STRANGERS WE HAVE BEEN RECONCILE TO GOD BY JESUS
