Does this mean, in plain english, that a man or woman should not remarry their x if they slept with another person after the divorce because they are now defiled?

Hi Carol, you are allowed to remarry the person should you wish. It is only when your ex had remarried after your divorce, get divorced again, that he MAY NOT marry you. So if there was no other marriage in between, you are allowed to remarry him. If will thus be your free will...Shux who ever does that is a much person than me...I could never !!!!! If you could live with it, it is no problem. Hope it helps Carol. All my Jesus love !!!!

Hi CAROL ! Has anybody answered you yet wrt to your question ? I would also love to know. I hope the answer is NO. That Father would not expect a woman to take back her ex-husband if he had slept with another woman.

    Divine Princess:

There is an example. Abraham and Sarah. She thought she was too old to get pregnant. She gives Haggar her maid to Abraham to obtain a child. Haggard has a baby, Ishmael. Nothing is said about any other relations between Abraham and Haggar once she was pregnant. I have no idea if that was a custom "on the book".

Hi, I believe that that wad an act of unbelive, that they did not believe Father's Word and serious consequences to disobedience. I dont believe that Father would expect a person to take ones ex-husband back if he had slept with another woman. That person made a bad choice and one has to forgive, but apply ones one free will and not obliged.

    Thank you
