    And the third part of the creatures which were in the sea and had life died and the third part of the ships were destroyed And Ronald Reagan an American President declared all flights above under and in the one third of the sea should stop and anything moving in the sea should be killed and no one should ever again fire on any supply ships coming or going in the gulf and fair trade be assigned for the trade of oil wine barley and wheat between nations in the middle east
