    I believe In order to truly understand God s word and for the words to deeply penetrate your own will you must completely open your heart to Jesus and ask God to open your eyes to the wisdom of the Bible and to the message He has for your life Great books for those who are just starting are the book of John and Romans which will give you understanding of Jesus s love for us The book of Proverbs and Psalms contain wisdom that will guide you Iin your daily life These of course are just starting points as the Bible really is a source of constant knowledge with God revealing different views of the same verse to those who seek his guidance God Bless you as Matt Harmon has also written
