3 They have taken crafty counsel against thy people, and consulted against thy hidden ones.
And it shall be in that day, that living waters shall go out from Jerusalem; half of them toward the former sea, and half of them toward the hinder sea: in summer and in winter shall it be.
these two are them hidden ones. they are the living waters they counsel against
it is already beginning even now! look to the oceans very little is left alive today, look to the lakes and rivers they have destroyed most of the earths living waters already!
