My interpretation of this is that the Antipope Francis is stripping his "church" of the true Dogmas and holy teachings of the Catholic Church. The ten horns do this, too. They strip her (the Harlot) of every veneer of holiness that used to cover her until she is completely stripped of every pretence of holiness, and will accept all abominations, homosexuality, ungodliness, all-salvation, acceptance of protestantism, and all evil.
