    1.Timelines

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------Earth is 4.54 billion years old,

    ------------------------------------ our ancestors six million

-------- ------"Adam," our oldest relative 207,000 BC,

    ---------Noah's flood 2,348 BC.

    ----Joseph 1,700 BC

    ---- Moses 1,500 BC

    -- Genesis 600 BC

    Puzzle 1

Given these timelines, how reliable is the Genesis' account of the human story? Who is the author?

Nstew before you can understand timelines, you must first understand there are three earth ages and three heaven ages. You also should understand what the translators of the KJV said to the 'readers.' What they said 'was reader beware. Although blessed by God to translate, we are human as you and make mistakes as any other human.' Then you can understand there are some bad translations in the KJV. But, don't throw the baby out with the bath water.

Our Father destroyed the first heaven and earth age because he did not want to destroyed a third of His children that followed Satan. Then the earth 'became 'to'-hoo, bo'-hoo' it was not created 'void and empty' but was created to be inhabited. Then we continue with the second verse, then with the 3rd verse of Genesis.

We know this earth is billions of years old, science agrees. And so this is the second earth and heaven age. Same old earth, same old heaven, new age.

Thanks John P for your comments but what are the answers to the questions?

First your timelines are not correct. Second, Genesis is very reliable. Third, God is the author, Moses is scribe.

I did not think the responses would be so limited.

The assumed age of the earth is only from inaccurate calculations including carbon dating. Just because some believe it does not make it true.

It's similar "science" of how people who shouted global warming suddenly had graphs and charts showing global temperature for thousands or millions of years- even long before a thermometer was invented. The activists flew fancy private jets all around the world to preach to you that burning fossil fuels is bad. Scientists have a long history of getting things wrong.

Much of the "science" is not real fact-based observation, but anti-God religious activism and profit-motivated activism.

    Blessings Nstew,

Currently I'm working on a puzzle: jigsaw. I'm not sure how many on this site are interested in "puzzles" in regards to their spirituality, including myself.

My guess is that your puzzle involves the differential you've given between the dates of the Genesis account and Adam, since it is commonly understood that Adam was created during that accounting.

I'm also speculating you are going to provide us with "evidence" regarding your opinion on the unreliability of the Genesis story. Although I may not agree with you on your form of evidence, I will agree it is not reliable, which may not surprise the stalwarts on this site, as I am regularly challenged here on my thoughts in which they have a perfect right to do so. I expect it.

I base my opinion on two Scriptural truths: firstly, God is Spirit; next Spirit gives birth to Spirit, flesh gives birth to flesh. Thus, I don't believe God creates the material (flesh). As far as who the author of Genesis is, and the author of flesh, I'm certain of that, yet I do not not feel inspired to go there.

The timelines were taken from Google.

Thank you for sharing that with us, that is so wrong. I hope people aren't getting their "Bible" from Google. God Bless
