Question: in Hebrews chapter 1 said s that there will be witnesses. What kind of witnesses are they speaking of? Angels? Like what kind? Saints? Or loved ones that are in heaven?
Hi Rhonda. You may referring to the word, 'witnesses' mentioned in Hebrews 12:1. If so, these witnesses are those listed in Hebrews chapter 11, all who were commended & accepted because of their faith.
And I'm sure there are many many more in Heaven who are there (including our loved ones) because of their faith in Jesus, as the merits of the Cross also applied to those who trusted God yet never hearing of Jesus in their earthly lives.
