Knowing who God is, should be every souls need. While God in all his omniscience, omnipresence, omnipotence, in all these things are the reality of who He is, All these attributes are within One Spirit, a Spirit who, is who He is! He who says "I Am that I Am".
The spirit world belongs to God. It is always moving and waiting to prove itself. It is always ready!
We therefore, must have a ready mind, a mind that is consistent, with who He is. A ready heart and mind always ready to see Him work His works. If we are not of this mind, then we are living in the flesh and not the spirit.
There are many interpretations of how and who the spirit is! The Holy Spirit is a person. It is part of the trinity, "Father, Son, Holy Ghost.
This person has a personality, a personality that will come alive in those who know Him. This person living inside becomes who you and I are in Him! This is the communion we have with Him. It is not a spirit that lives outside of us, if your Holy Spirit is living outside of you, the spirit you worship is not the Holy Spirit! God is a spirit, and we worship Him in truth and in Spirit!
Reading the words of Christ, the words that will implant within you this Holy Spirit. Listening for His voice you will wait and you will hear Him as He calls. You must have a ready mind, living and waiting for Him.
I would like to speak to just one thing. the Holy spirit indeed lives within us, but He is not confined to us. He is omnipresent just like the Father and Son because the Godhead is 100% infinitely omnipresent. We do not know how the Godhead is everywhere present and how He fills the universe with His Presence and yet be so personal with us and avails Himself to us in a real, vital, and interpersonal relationship. Amazing!
why stand ye gazing into the sky? The same way He has left is the same way He will return. Just as you have said, watch Him fill all things while He gazes into your eyes!
