Good evening all! Water is life!!! The Lord Jesus freely give us life saving water for with we can not survive!! I pray that the Lord opens up His store house for our birds, squirrel, homeless animal, trees and all of His creation, great and small!! He also states in His word that the sun will shine brighter and begin to scorch us!! Our recent weather has been very intolerable this summer!! I can't imagine what hell would be like for there will be no light, water!! Jesus Christ is the light of this world and the new world to come!!!!! Amen!! Give praise and glory and honor to thank the Lord for all His gifts that He gives us !!! Pray for all who are in the body of Christ!!! He will love us forever and ever!!!!! A sinner!!
Wow; you're really wound up. I wanted to comment first of all in regard to those who are lost; and will be in that terrible place.
First of all; God says that it will be more tolerable for some people than for others (in re: the situation with Sodom vs. Corazin and the two other cities mentioned.) There is greater punishment when more is revealed; as when Christ was rejected by the Pharisees and His own people. Also; people are judged for their works; so that the punishment will be commensurate for the deeds done.
Man; this is hard but I have a couple other thoughts here. We must keep in mind that for the unregenerate; there is no love or appreciation for the Holiness of God (much of this academically explained by God's election or predestination of those who are saved). When the nature of sin never goes away; that leads to a desire to continue to hold on to passions; and all the bad fruit which is in the souls of man for all eternity. I feel remiss here if I don't mention music as a MAJOR element influencing men to blindly follow what seems like beautiful aspirations; comforts in the world system; mesmerizing and intoxicating thoughts and other delusions of this fleeting world system and demonic influences. There is always that holding on; never a desire to DIE to self but to avoid the consequences. The reason we don't see much shaken I believe is not only apathy and lives not fought with the full Ephesians 6 armor but the fact that so called "Christian music" today and the artists with their compromised or outright nonbelieving stance is messing up believers minds as well.
Also; much oppression will result from Satanic influence if we focus too much on hell. We cannot understand it; as Isaiah 66 declares it where those in torment are loathed; when we think many of them took the mark of the Beast it may be more understandable. ALL of us even NOW have Satan as our Father if not Born Again. As a believer perfect love casts out fear.
