Read these. Note these verses on the back page of your Bible. It's ok to write in it.

    2 Corinthians 12:10

Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.

    2 Corinthians 13:9

For we are glad, when we are weak, and ye are strong: and this also we wish, even your perfection.

    Philippians 4:13

I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

Deuteronomy 31:6 - Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. 2 Timothy 3:16 - All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

Comment: The only way to get strong is to rely on Jesus and the Bible. He is THE WORD OF GOD.

Mankind's knowledge can only go just so far. FAITH in Jesus can build you up on the inside.

It only works properly when you ask Him to come and be Your Savior. Read all of John chapter 3. When Jesus is talking about the wind, he is speaking of The indwelling of the Holy Spirit inside of you; in your heart. He teaches you what scripture means.

There is a link on the red entrance page BECOME A BELIEVER, that will walk you through the steps to Salvation, and Receiving the Holy Spirit. It helps you know what to expect.

It will grow your Faith. Jesus doesn't fail us. We__fail us. Everyone comes to the Lord the same way. We learn it by feeding on what we learn by reading the Bible, every day.

I used to read my Bible at lunch and eat the lunch I made. My body was nourished on the food; and my soul and spirit were fed by reading the Bible.

I promise that you'll get stronger every day. Think about attending church services. One that teaches Bible; not psychology. Come back here for fellowship, often.

Getting stronger is the same for the physical and spiritual. Proper diet and exercise (reason of use). Faithfulness in small things. I remember one of our aged preachers always saying toward the end of his ministry "in my life I have found that it is doing the small things that makes the big difference". My dad would say "it is not your ability, but your availability" . The following verses reference these thoughts. Hebrews 5:14 But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil. Luke 19:18 And the second came, saying, Lord, thy pound hath gained five pounds." Our old nature wants to do big things, but think of the little things you can do for others every day. God Bless You!! Obviously we need to remain attached to the vine and have the power of the Holy Spirit. Ephesians 5:6 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
