Under the New Covenant we do not need any Prophets....The H.G. the Anointing is greater then any Prophet . As them that are least in the kingdom is greater then John ...and John was Greater then any Prophet..Of them that are born of a woman there is none greater then John...But the H.G. is a baby Christ..As he can only be born in us via the seed of Christ...The H.G. is our Prophet...As John said you need no man teach you the anointing you have received of him will teach you all things etc...Thats y the scripture is saying the testimony of Jesus is the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY...And the testimony of Jesus is the H.G..and is the only Prophet we will ever need...And the H.G. IS THE Israel of God..That Child of PROMISE that will lead us into all truth.

.....And the H.G is the Gift of God. Thats y God gives us the H.G. which is the Child of Promise that Isaiah says will lead us into all truth..The Kingdom....She brought forth a man Child that will RULE ALL NATIONS...And after the woman gives birth the Kingdom comes.... Rev. 12 : 10 kjv....Her Child is the result of the sower and his seed simply b/c the sower of the good seed is the CHRIST the bridegroom..Thus a baby Christ is the H.G. That Child of Promise greater then any Prophet.

Act 2:17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:

Joe 2:28 And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:

The Elect along with 2 witness will prophecy (teach) of the anti-Christ when everyone else have fallen for the great deception; those who sat in pews their whole life but were never taught the truth. Will be so ashamed that they fell for it that they will want mountains to fall on them but they will not be able to die. Revelation 6:16 Those who were patient, having eyes to see wait as a chase virgin for the true CHRIST who comes 7th trump.

These are Jesus's words to His Apostles

    1 CORINTHIANS 12

26 And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it.

27 Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular.

28 And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily PROPHETS, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.

29 Are all apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? are all workers of miracles?

We shouldn't dispute any scripture. If what a prophet prophesies DOES NOT COME TO PASS, do not fear that prophet. If it is of God, it will come to pass.

There are still some unfulfilled prophesies in the Bible. There are lists on Google of the prophesies (separated by OT and NT, which scriptures that show them fulfilled or not.

Yes & No. We did need prophesy at the beginning of the New Covenant. Christ Jesus and His finished work brought forth the New Covenant. However, the "real" apostles (those in the New Testament) prophesied (e.g. -- 1st & 2nd Thessalonians have much prophesy concerning what is to coming during the rapture, tribulation and 2nd coming).

Those which were fulfilled by Christ before He ascended though...

    His Resurrection & Ascension

The 1st verse is when these events were prophesied and the latter when they were fulfilled.

Raised from the deadPs 16:8-11Acts 2:24-31

Begotten as Son of GodPs 2:7Acts 13:32-35

    Ascended to GodPs 68:18Eph 2:8-10

    Seated beside GodPs 110:1Heb 1:3+13

There remain a number of prophesies unfulfilled which are written in the book of Revelation (which given to us under the New Covenant and concords with scripture as far back as Leviticus).

What prophesy has ceased? Absolutely everything after Revelation chapter 22. No one has prophesy beyond what's written in the Bible. The Holy Bible is a finished work but an ongoing prophesy. Each time someone stands up and says "I had a vision", "I have a prophesy..." this is not true.

    Revelation 22:18-19

"For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book."

That warning is to anyone who dare prophesy beyond the prophesies already written in the Holy Bible. The last prophet is Christ Jesus and none other. When John the beloved died -- this is the last God ever revealed new prophesy and with so much yet to come; how is it some are adding to this? Did they not read the warning above?
