Question: Why does the KJV in Revelation 14:9 use the wording "in your forehead" and "in your hand"? Other translations say "on your forehead" and "on your hand"?

In here is correct translation and it only means: in right hand= right hand is most people's dominant hand and it is an analogy throughout scripture meaning= work. Those who receive the mark in their right hand work for the beast. In the forehead another analogy meaning you have to worship the beast, it's in your forehead; your brain is in your forehead and it is sealed in your brain to do whatever you are told, right or wrong.

We see many today that have made politics their idol where they either work for or worship everything they are told by the party. We see today that they don't care if it is wrong or immoral; they are still going to fallow party line even though they know it's wrong and even illegal. This is what it means to have mark in your hand or in your forehead. We see example of this going on in the Democrat party today where they tried to make it mandatory that you did everything they tell you, right or wrong even with all the illegal, immoral abuses. We are in 1st beast of 1 world system today where the left have taking over and why there is so much confusion and tumult around the world. You can be tattooed from head to toe with 666 but if you don't worship or work for the beast it want mean a thing. Many worry it will be a chip or something implanted in their hand or forehead but if you don't bow down and worship the anti-Christ you will not be taking the mark.

Mark of the 2nd beast will be when anti-Christ takes over the 1 world system of the fleshly kings where if you don't either worship or work for you will not be able to buy, sell or trade with the 1 world beast system.

If you have CHRIST over you, you want have anything to worry about and GOD will take care of HIS own.

GOD warns Satan to not touch HIS anointed or instant destruction.

1Ch 16:22 Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.

Luk 21:18 But there shall not an hair of your head perish.

Rev 9:4 And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the

    Reply to Fred Smallwood.

I suspect we will find out soon whether the mark will be applied "in" or "on" the forehead as the time of the end is at hand.

    Fred,

Whenever there is a difference of words between translations, we need to find out which translation is using the correct word. The KJV says in, but the correct word according to the original language (Greek) is the word EPI which translates to on. There is a different Greek word for in (EN). So, on would be correct regardless of which translation we are using.
