In the KJV bible Revelation 13:16 when speaking of the mark of the beast it states the mark is placed IN their right hand or IN their forehead, but in many new translations it says the mark is place ON the right hand or ON the forehead. Should not the newer translations also read IN and not ON ? There is a difference between placing a mark On someone and placing a mark IN someone.

It is as scripture says. Trust in that. I asked God about that years ago. He said it will not be by deceit. We will have to consent to Antichrist's mark. It will be taken so one may access their money in the one world bank.

We have to deal with that question now. Cash and coin money will be outlawed.

People may barter for food with gold, silver or gems? Trying to survive Worldwide Implosion. It's going to last

3 1/2 years. That's a long long time. Lots of people will be hunting in the woods; or looting the people for the deer they shot, or water.

Take yourself out of that scenario NOW. Technology now is mind-boggling. AC (Antichrist) will have armed silent drones in that forest; connected to satellites that track heat signatures on the ground. Survival will be tragic.

The Bible says large land and sea animals will attack and kill humans/ they will no longer fear humans. We are their food, then.

It's not a "hunger games" real life, kind of game. It's not a real life VIDEO game you're really good at. It's everybody hunting you and your family.

Speaking of drugs_diabetics do not carry 3 1/2 years worth of medications. People have been cannibals in history. Something no one speaks of anymore.

If weather changed and became very cold, then what? People will move down south. It's getting "dark" out there. This earth is going to be cleansed with FIRE.

    2 Peter 3.

God created Earth in 6 days. Why can you not feel assured that God can re-create it again? He says that is his plan. All the scars, pollution and ugliness man has built on earth will be erased and made new again. God has promised!! We will be working with angels in the rebuilding program. Our bodies will be resurrection bodies; strong, not diseased, weak or ill. We'll have the mind of Christ.

GIVE YOUR LIFE TO JESUS TODAY. Receive His salvation today. Live it. God can show up the second they launch a nuke at Israel. Don't Procrastinate.

    Ronnie,

When there is a difference in words between various English translations, where in this case one version says "in" and the other says "on," we sometimes have to wonder what the true meaning is. I agree there is a difference between in and on. What I do when I come to places in scripture like this is I go to the original language because what we have in whatever English bible we are using is a translation. Even our beloved KJV is a translation. So what does the original text say? I look this verse up ( Revelation 13:16) in the Greek text and it uses the word EPI (pronounced EH-PEE). So the King James translation is correct by using the word on because that's what the original text says. The Greek word used for "in" is EN (pronounced AIN), but EN is not used in Verse 16.

    Hope this helps!

    Dear Jesse

You are right on that, the mark will be ON the tight hand. But I would like to point out something that has to do with the word MARK. The Greek text uses the word CHARAGMA for MARK. Charagma is a mark done by engraving, not by stamping or drawing or anything else. Like the ancient people who used to engrave letters on clay tablets using a sharp pencil and then dry them to keep them as written records.

So it is a mark done by engraving. Engraving lines maybe like the Bar Code? Just a thought.

Thank you for the reply, but the King James uses the word IN, not On, the NLT uses the word On.

    Ronnie,

You are correct. The King James does say "in" which is not correct. It should say on. I didn't check it earlier and I misread your post. The Greek text has the word on so that's what I would go with. Thank you so much for pointing that out. That's one of those things most of us wouldn't have caught.
