On US- Russia relations. its correct to put Russia and US in your interpretation of this prophetic scripture, but its important to note representation is quite challenging in the bible. This two countries- for example Russia is referred to as Gog and Magog,Genesis-10-3 "And the sons...and Togarmah."Ezek38:6 talks about Gog and Magog. the house of Togarmah of the north quarters, north of Israel in this case. America on the other hand its represented by the beast with two horns and its symbolized as a lamb. this beast came out of waters but this one it out of earth. and it has two horns only which are the two parties in America, the republican and democrat ever since. why lamb like? America stands for liberty and justice. "fire from heaven?" don't forget Benjamin Franklin with his kites, "He doeth wonders"? well lets talk of tech and science,US is at the center.

About a woman in bible, well who is the bride and who is the bridegroom, Rev-12-1 mentions a woman about to give birth and Rev-12:13 says the woman after birth she was persecuted by the dragon. note REV 13: 11 the beast US,SPAKE LIKE DRAGON(serpent or Satan) and exercised the all the power of the first beast. AND the dragon gave power to the beast REV 13:1,2 , the beast had ten horns and 7 heads which is the last kingdom as we know its ROME and the beast spake blasphemy by the little horn(papacy) which persecuted those who didn't accept her doctrines . since 538A.D after the little horn took down the last 3 kingdom the Astrogoths, vandals, and Herulis to 1798 Rev 12:6 "And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days." read Dan7:25 same beast persecuting saints for 1260dy/yrs(538AD-1798) . woman sitting on the beast is a universal church she has made nations drunk with doctrines. see her power in COP26 &Sunday law. malach 3:6 GOD changes not.

The woman in chapter 12 are the 144,000 saints sealed for 1260 days, protected and nourished against death. They are disguised in several instances to make you think there are additional characters to the plot. No one else in Revelation is sealed for 1260 days but the saints, the witnesses to antichrists crimes. That's who the woman represents here.

That notion of the US being the beast is preposterous. Do you see how the US behaves how it treats its allies and enemies how it destroys the earth and people that live in it. Don't fool yourself America is that great city that whore that sits on many waters. Russia is the beast that destroys America within one hour.

Tim Babylon the great whore is the Kingdom of the adversaries greed world wide, a whore is a

user so to speak, the Ruler of this kingdom was Nimrod the mighty hunter Before the Lord [ which means

in absolute defiance or in Gods Face] you can trace the idolatrous systems of the world back to his kingdom which God

scattered at The tower of babel. The worship of Ashtoreth and Molech and Queen of heaven and the Zodiac,

and many other idolatrous worship around the world can be traced to Nimrods rulership, he was a kingpin for the adversary.

I would have to agree completely that the US is heading in the wrong direction, but I do not see any biblical evidence that would indicate to me that the US is the mystery Babylon spoken of in Revelation Chapter 17.

First of all, the US is not a "Great City." If it were the US, would it not say great country? The US does not sit on 7 hills. Revelation Chapter 17 spells out who this mystery Babylon is and it is not the US. The description given fits no one else but the great city of Rome, the woman who was drunk with the blood of the martyrs and the saints (Rome under the Papacy). It was not the US slaughtering Christians during the inquisitions. Plus the fact that Babylon was used as a code name for Rome. In 1 Peter 5:13, Peter in closing his letter says, the church that is in Babylon salutes you. You have to keep in mind that the church did not exist during the time of ancient Babylon. But Peter says the church that is in Babylon salutes you. Why would he say that if there was no church in Babylon? It's because Babylon was a cryptic word for the church in Rome where he wrote the letter from, so if the letter got intercepted, the believers in Rome would not be severely punished.

Studying through Revelation Chapter 17, it is much easier to see that it is referring to Rome than it is the US.

Amen, brother Jesse. Guessing prophetical meanings doesn't do anyone any good; we should stay close to what Scripture does reveal for our consideration & prayer.

Chris and Jesse When I hear people talk about prophecy it almost always is out side of scripture and is not

profitable at all, also if its prophecy then its has to come to pass verbatim never have heard or seen that. Lets

    stick to whats written.

    Hi David,

I'm with you on that. Everything we need to know about prophecy is already contained in God's written word!

Jesse You can call me a hardliner but I here way to many so called christians saying the spirit told me this

or that and it does not line up with Gods Word, and its happening way too often.

    David,

It is one thing to agree that it is God's Spirit who is our teacher, but to say that His Spirit revealed something, that's something I think should be between the believer and the Lord. But people will use that to try and prove what they are saying is true. I mean, if the Holy Spirit revealed it to them, it must be true right? That's where we have to be careful.

I've been face to face with people who have tried to convince me of something and then tell me that the Holy Spirit revealed it to them. I love those kind of discussions. My response was that if the Holy Spirit revealed something to you that is fine and dandy. But If God's Spirit does not reveal the same thing to me, it means absolutely nothing! They usually look at me like I'm sort of a smart aleck. And then I like to ask them how do they know it was the Holy Spirit? That question seems to stumble a lot of people.

I guess we would both be hardliners!

Jesse A statement was shared with me long ago that stuck, what you can know by the five senses God expects

you to know and that includes His revealed revelation of His Word because we can see that. So with me Gods Word is what separates truth in anything dealing with life and Godliness. Also you cannot know[Ginosko experienced knowledge]

if not born again 1 Corinthians 2:14. For now God Bless

    David and Jesse, Great exchange!

We have been given all of our senses, and faculties of mind (thought, reason), and our souls, to experience and know what God has revealed to us. When the Spirit regenerates us, we then have the spiritual ability to truly understand these revelations because the Holy Spirit resides in us to teach and guide us, to correct and discipline us, to sanctify and change us, to attest in us the Truth of God, and to warn us when we are not following revealed Truth.

    Brother Chris,

I agree. My understanding is that end time prophecies are centered on the Jewish People. So if a prophecy is ever presented as centered on the United States of America, you know it is going to be off. All prophecy is centered around the Jewish people.

Chris and Jesse, agreed, we should work diligently to study what Scripture actually says trying our best to put aside our biases and bents, so that we can be sure not to add to or stretch what we think is said, but consider what is actually said.
