I once lost my faith in god due to prolonged illness that resulted on me losing a good job and having to sale my home. Before I got well again my wife ( now exwife) bore me my first born. My son is a blessing, that I can better appreciate due to the storm.
My prayers are with you as you work trough your doubts. There is still a measure of faith planted within you by the Holy Spirit, or you would not be asking this question. So, trust that God will renew and grow your faith as you seek Him wit all of your heart. He will draw near to you as you draw near to Him.
I am sorry that you have gone through so much illness and loss. That is a huge, painful, heartbreaking trial! I pray for the Lord to comfort you and continue to bless you with all you need. May your son be blessed by you and be a blessing to you as he grows. May your son come to know Jesus as you work through this faith challenge. God is able to do all of these things. I pray that you can believe this, as well.

Dear Father, I return now to you, the Bible, and your Word. I pray for guidance as I listen for your voice. Let me return to what is most important-you. Help my attitude to change so that instead of focusing on others and events to meet my needs, I can turn to you and find the love, purpose, and direction I seek.
Lord you said in Joel 2:25, 32
"And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath Eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you.
2:32 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered:"
1 John 1:9
If we confess our sins, HE is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Satan tried to destroy Job's faith and trust in God. He took his home, animals, all his kids died in a wicked storm ( Job 1) Jobs health hit rock bottom; his friends accused him:
In the last chapter, God gave him back ten times more than what he lost.
Grow your faith consuming scripture. Keep coming back here for fellowship; till you find a church that teaches Bible.
