Rulers here are speaking of the civil governor.. the church is not to lord over the people.. pharasees did it with profaning sabbath making it illegal to do good on the sabbath . Now in the church pharasees ( in spirit) have cast down the law and trampled sabbath underfoot.. and the Lil horn of Daniel has transfered sabbath to Sunday.. no one want.ts to hear the truth.. but soon the papacy will ask for an international green Sabbath on a common day once a week.. in an effort to slow climate change SUNDAY will be enforced worldwide and those that violate this law will be persecuted..
