Where does Scripture SAY THAT Cain and Able had different fathers? That is fallacy totally not in the scriptures. In fact it say very CLEARLY that Adam fathered both Cain in Genesis 4:1 and. Vs 2:

[ Gen 4:1-2 KJV] 1 And Adam knew Eve his wife; and she conceived, and bare Cain, and said, I have gotten a man from the LORD.

2 And she again bare his brother Abel. And Abel was a keeper of sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground.

Clearly they were not even twins.

Probably you heard from someone that crazy twisted story...I challenge you to SEARCH the scriptures for yourself rather than #1) believe what someone told you what the Bible said and #2) find someone else who teaches the Word of God without mans doctrine or interpretation.

Believing that God, the Creator, speaks to us in and through the Word, we can read it and study it to understand it for ourselves...we MUST else we can believe a lie. He says what He means and means what He said. Man wants to twist it - which is luciferic. Lucifer added one word to what God said and altered the whole course of mankind to fall.

Without the Holy Ghost, who leads and guides us to ALL Truth We cannot understand the scriptures.

Chris All those scripture indicate the influence of spiritual power in the individual and the motive of that power. Remember we wrestle not against flesh and blood.

Would to God you could bare with me a little in my folly , an indeed bare with me ;. Genesis chapter 3 vs 6

    2nd Corinthians chapter 11 vs 3

Those scriptures will show you that Eve was seduced by Lucifer,. An yes it's totally possible, even in today's time, that a woman can have twins, by 2 different fathers,.. you can certainly ask your doctor,.. it dose an has happened,.

    Peace

Thank you David , it doesn't say anything of the sort , we need to speak up when we know for certain , without even a shadow of doubt that it doesn't say that . Much love in Christ .

BBBob. How do you understand Matthew 16:23? Was it Peter or Satan who was standing before Jesus? If it was Peter, why did Jesus speak to him as Satan? Maybe, 1 John 3:12 has a similar application: that Cain was driven by Satan in what he did to his brother & wasn't a product of some type of strange birth of a spirit with a human being. And the same could be said of John 8:44.

Jesus calling him satan is just a metaphor, just like Jesus saying to eat His flesh and drink His blood He meant symbolically, not literally.
