You are right! We need to not Judge in the wrong way. Judging in the wrong way is condeming. Judging in the right way will not condemn. Peter judged rightly when asked: who loved the forgiver of debts, more than the other? Jesus judged rightly praising the centurion. Jesus judged rightly, judging Nathaniel. Condeming did not occur.
