The holy ghost where it wishes can make you hear the sound, voice; the Greek word is phone. Meaning voice, tongues; so it is with everyone born of the spirit. See Acts chapters 2, 10, and 19; Mark 16. It�s easy; no tongues no holy ghost; then you�re none of his.
