When you go through all the particular subject matter, you will find blistering contradictions that are enough to make you shake your head. What is the meaning of this perpetual catch 22? In my humble opinion, such mistakes cheapens the Word of God. I shouldn't have to bend over backwards to defend an obvious editing error; it makes me look foolish.
Ronald....if you do not believe that those three things are one...how do you think you exist? Father, Spirit and the Word (Jesus) ARE all the same!! Just as those three substances make up mankind on this Earth!!??
For there are 3 that bare record in heaven ( that's a witness) 3 agree in their witness . Not 3 are the same person . That's not possible .
Any more than the spirit , the water , and blood being one substance .
It's they all are one in witness to the truth .
