    I try not to comment unless scripture is the foundation. The understanding I get is these books are for those who have accepted Christ "Book Of Life". Then there are books opened for those who do not know Him as Lord and Savior. They are judged from the things they have done; their works, (better put, the way they live their life in sin without Christ). In Noah's time, Sodom and Gomorrah's time, Nineveh, and others in the Bible, God's judgment had to do with sin. Therefore those who are found in the Book of Life are excluded from the books which may be the records of the unsaved persons� sins.
