What did Jesus do after he came out of the grave and he went to the Father did he sprinkle his blood on the mercy seat as he instructed Moses and Arron to do

Don, yes we see in ( Hebrews 9:6-14) With this, it shows Jesus went in once and anointed the Holy of Holies not made with hands. Jesus repaired the dwelling place and made it possible for God through the Holy Spirit in the name of Jesus to dwell in us. If we look at verse 9:8 The Holy Ghost this signifying, that the way into the holiest of all was not yet made manifest, while as the first tabernacle was yet standing. Remember when Jesus cried out and said it was finished. He gave up the ghost, the veil of the temple was rent in half and God left the temple made with hands, the service in the temple made by hands was over, and soon in that generation, it would be physically gone and may never be again. The animal sacrifices that never covered sin ended on the cross.

Jesus told the Samaritan woman at the well of this very thing, the hour was coming and it did. The temple worship will no longer be where God would be worshiped and later on the temple would not even be there. (John4:21-24)

Only my opinion, this is the place in John 14, Jesus went to prepare for us, on the cross, mansion (dwelling place) Strong's 3438. mon, Definition: an abiding, an abode. God dwelt in the garden of Eden with Adam but was demolished with sin. Now since the cross, the body of a believer is the dwelling place. Jesus's sacrifice and anointing of the Holy of Holies in heaven, God could send the Holy Spirit in the name of Jesus to dwell, abode in us. The law is written in our hearts, not on paper.

1 Corinthians 6:19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?

    God bless, Ron

Hi Ron ,it may also be worth noticing that the veil in the temple was ripped from the top downwards ,thus exposing the fact that the ark of the covenant was not there and hadnt been there for a long time .

Hi Sacha, I hope you and your family are well, you may be right about the Ark, I don't know if anyone knows for sure if the Ark of the Covenant was in the Holy of Holies at that time or where it is today, but you know those guys would not have let the people know if it were missing. The veil was so large and thick, it is said it was as thick as the palm of a man's hand and at least 30 feet wide. It is also said it took 100's of priests to manipulate it. I don't think the earthquake did it I believe it was an angel or the finger of God, just my thoughts. Have a wonderful afternoon, Ron

Hi Ron ,yes it does seem as if the veil was ripped not by the earth quake as it was ripped from above ,thats a big clue i think ,also some one must have witnessed the ripping or it wouldnt be there for us to read about it ,may God bless you and all yours .
