    Hi James,

As I can't tell exactly your detail of "stand up for the Lord". Of coarse we are to keep our faith and hope till the end and never deny our Lord as in 1 Peter 3:15-17.

The state of this world is much worse than many can plainly see. The things done behind the scenes are far worse than many people would believe. The deception going on in this world is huge.

If you are implying maybe it's time to stand up and take our world back by force? I believe we are past that and that is what the "powers" of this world want. As their plans of "divide and conquer" are again deeper than any really know.

I myself have come to peace with what is going on in this world. The only thing that matters, to me anymore, is being with the Lord Jesus Christ and our Father. Even though the earth, and the things in it, are so beautiful it is all vanity. We are all going to perish, our physical bodies, one day and to me that is my destiny and what I wait on daily. To be with the Lord where He is. Not in this world full of evil that is deeper than many know.

I believe staying peaceful no matter what happens is a way of showing the Spirit of Christ in you. Did Jesus Christ or any of His Apostles fight when they were arrested, persecuted, then put to death? As I'm sure you know, no. They stayed innocent and when put to trial just let the Holy Spirit flow in them when asked questions. As Christ probably was the most quiet in His persecutions. 1 Peter 2:21-23.

So as I just felt to write you this reply to show that violence is never the way and nothing good ever comes from it. It is better to stay innocent than to get involved with fighting. Of coarse this does not mean "don't speak the truth" or keep quiet when you see something wrong. Just don't let anger get you riled up too much. God knows everything that is going on. 2 Corinthians 12:9-10.

My reply to you is from the heart. Keep the full armor of God, Ephesians 6:11-17.

God Bless you in these tough times James.
