    If you're looking for examples of praying before meals, Jesus prayed before feeding 4000 and 5000 people: Matthew 14:19. And before passover meal: Matthew 26:26-27. There's probably more.

    Hi joy ,as far as i know the prayer you are looking for isnt in the Bible ,if i am wrong some one will let me and hopefully you know ,my understanding is that when we pray to God it should be from our heart ,im sure you can find the words to just say thankyou to Him ,may God bless you and bring you closer to Him every day .
