Deuteronomy c.23 v21-23,is talking about a vow to god. Ecclesiastes c.5-v 4-5. Questions here's the Old Testament time, can you break a vow, we are living in the New Testament time, Jesus came to bears our sin on the cross. I need your feedback on this. Thanks.
