    Numbers 8:15 "and offer them for an offering."

    what does it mean? Levites will be offered as an offering or offer an offering for them?

    It means they were set apart and ordained as a wave offering to serve God as priests of the Israelites.

    Wesley's Notes for Numbers 8:15

    8:15 Go in - Into the court, where they were to wait upon the priests at the altar of burnt - offering; and, at present, into the tabernacle, to take it down and set it up.

    You can look at other Commentaries thru Google. Just type in the scripture and type Commentary after that. I learn stuff that way.
