Wisdom is a concernment for understanding what is going on within a physical entity or within your very own structure of self. As the previous line talked of evil men because their heart is full of destruction. Do not eve be around them. By having the understanding of whom you are as a person you have established that foundation. Even if it was a physical entity you have the understanding of how the foundation is built. If a marriage you know the foundation already because you have established it by being wise and shunning evil. So a house could be many things but the key to it all is that you have shunned evil to build the house and based on that you have the foundation on which it is built on.
