    Verse 21-Ears are sometimes used in a figurative way in the Bible. We can hear God's voice by reading the Bible and also by those in congregation who teach from the Bible.

    People have 3 gates by which to process the scriptures.

    By speaking the scriptures as you read out loud: mouth gate.

    Seeing the scriptures: eye gate.

    By hearing what you are speaking: ear gate.

    So no matter if you are , deaf, blind, or cannot speak; the Word of God will enter into you.
