May I know sir, since pharoh made a declaration not to see Moses, why requesting for him again?

Because all the things that Moses said to him that was going to happen, happened.

You're almost correct in your understanding of these verses.

Exodus 10:28: "And Pharaoh said unto him, Get thee from me, take heed to thyself, see my face no more; for in that day thou seest my face thou shalt die." Examining this verse, it appears that Pharaoh is commanding Moses not to appear before him anymore & Moses replies (v29) that he (Moses) will no longer come to Pharaoh.

But in Exodus 12:31: "And he (Pharaoh) called for Moses and Aaron by night, and said, Rise up, and get you forth from among my people, both ye and the children of Israel; and go, serve the LORD, as ye have said." So here, Moses abides by Pharaoh's command to not come before him, but now after this final assault on the Egyptians, it was Pharaoh that called for Moses (& Aaron). So there is no conflict in these verses/directions from Pharaoh: first, he told Moses not to come to him, but did not make it clear that he (Pharaoh) could still summon for Moses to come to him when ordered to do so.
