Please pray for me. I have had issues with hypertension for some time now and have been getting palpitations in my chest when trying to rest.

I'm pursuing a cardiologist visit in the upcoming weeks.

Please pray for me that Gods will be done. Also pray that I may rest easier With only the peace that the Lord can give.Also that that my doctors visit goes well.

When my mom was in the hospital, they took her off her blood pressure medicine and put her on 3 different ones that didn't work. Second day I STRONGLY demanded they put her back on Amlodipine. Next day she's in normal range again.

Ask your primary care doctor to let you try that medicine for a week. Get a blood pressure monitor.

The cardiologist is going to tell you to eat chicken, fish and not a lot of red meat. Eat a small bowl of 5 minute oatmeal every day.

Oatmeal attaches to cholesterol in the bloodstream and escorts it out immediately.

Cut out most fried foods and fast foods. Think of cigarettes as a stick of dynamite.

I'm praying that the Holy Spirit will come alongside you to comfort you and convict you about cheats. He's so Gentle you don't even mind it. Trust in HIM and you'll be blessed with better health and less worry.

Steak and baked potato are now on the monthly rewards list. And so is feeling better. :)

For me this day is just starting. We all need our rest. God Bless our healing and calmness of spirit this day and that we can be thankful for all spiritual and natural foods that God provides.

Please lead him from this place to the next place as you did for Abraham. Lift him and his loved ones in the spirit of their mind.
