Where in the king james, does it refer to an individual as"soft"(concerning his intelligence?)

For God maketh my heart soft, and the Almighty troubleth me:
Will he make many supplications unto thee? will he speak soft words unto thee?
The words of his mouth were smoother than butter, but war was in his heart: his words were softer than oil, yet were they drawn swords.

I didn't find any soft headed people. I'm not sure what that means biblically either.
