KJV And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth.
Fill the waters in the seas.that is, fill the praise of God before all of the nations (seas) of the world. The waters are people, languages, etc. The earth shall be filled with knowledge of the glory of the LORD as the waters cover the sea.
KJV They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea. (10) And in that day there shall be a root of Jesse, which shall stand for an ensign of the people; to it shall the Gentiles seek: and his rest shall be glorious.
Let fowl multiply in the earth.that is, words of His praise will be multiplied before all of the nations of this world. Praise the LORD, all you nationspraise Him all you people. We are to praise Him for His mercy, kindness and the revealing of His Truth.
KJV O praise the LORD, all ye nations: praise him, all ye people. (2) For his merciful kindness is great toward us: and the truth of the LORD endureth for ever. Praise ye the LORD.
I will confess/praise/thank Him among the nations (gentiles) and sing unto His name. Let fowl multiply in the earththat is, words/songs of God's praise and thanksgiving to Him among all nations of this world. The words of His praise multiply and fly through the air for the nations to hear. We, His people, are to abound with His praiseglorifying God before all nations.
Now I say that Jesus Christ was a minister of the circumcision for the truth of God, to confirm the promises made unto the fathers:(9) And that the Gentiles might glorify God for his mercy; as it is written, For this cause I will confess to thee among the Gentiles, and sing unto thy name.(10) And again he saith, Rejoice, ye Gentiles, with his people.(11) And again, Praise the Lord, all ye Gentiles; and laud him, all ye people.
