Remember that the bible is mainly written for believers not unbelievers. Simon Peter was a great man of God, but believers can at times with good intentions be a barrier for God�s will to be done. Then the road to hell is paved with good intentions. Peter at this particular moment was being used by Satan to try and halt God�s plan of redemption by trying to stop Jesus from being taken and going to the cross of Calvary and stop the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ our lord and saviour.
