    The Lord is truly my Shepherd I shall not want. He will make me lie down in green pastures and lead me beside the still waters

    Psalm 23 is one of my favorite passages of Scriptures. Over and over again the Bible calls us to stillness. In this hectic, frenetic, busy, noisy world we need to get away to a place where it is calm. A place where it is quiet. A place of quiet rest. We need a time to be alone with the Lord. Studies have shown that meditation or prayer does perhaps more than anything else to remove stress.So I would urge you to come aside to a quiet place serval time a day.Find a place where you can sit down, read the Word of God, meditate upon it, pray to Him, Be still and know His love, His care, His mercy,

    and His grace for you. Do that, and God will indeed, bless your life.
