If I'm not mistaken, I think they lost weight. Please take no offense at that, as I mean none. I'm just not sure what you are asking?

Jesse, good one!! Actually, in Jer 4:16: apparently the watchers were Chaldean soldiers (who came from a far country) to encompass Jerusalem so that none of its inhabitants would escape. I would imagine that they might have appeared quite 'emaciated' by the time of the siege! And Dan 4:13,17,23: "this matter is by the decree of the watchers...of the holy ones..". Here, I believe that the reference is to the angels who were ready to perform the LORD's edict for the punishment of Nebuchadnezzar, because of his elevation to divine status (vv 24,25).

But then again, Cydni may be referring to something else since it shouldn't be of much concern what happened later on to the Chaldean soldiers or to the angels.

Thanks for sharing that Chris. I would definitely go with your answer over mine. Yours is more sincere. I hope this is what Cyndi was looking for. Either way, I was enlightened by your answer. O.T. is definitely not one of my strong areas, so there's much I can learn there, and I appreciate you sharing your knowledge.
