This edition of the bible was completed when Shakespeare was 46 years old. The 46th word from the beginning is "shake" and the 46th word from the end is "spear." This is either the world's greatest coincidence, or it is not. Do with this as you may.
While that's interesting, is it really the "World's greatest coincidence"? That someone found two words within a certain chapter of a book and tried to associate meaning to it? Someone can find such 'coincidences' with nearly any book, any writing, any author. Also the name isn't spelled the same. People claim to find all kinds of 'codes' elsewhere in the Bible too. Perhaps it's human nature to try to make random correlations seem meaningful. Wow, I just used 'the' four times, and the word four has 4 letters in it, which the Bible says the 4th day the moon was created which also has 4 letters! And there was a full moon tonight and now it's time 4 bed, wow!
