The book of Revelation tells us that 1/3 of the angels that rebelled vs God we're cast out of heaven because of their choice
They would have been angry at the Father for doing that, and thus would want revenge against Him.
They wouldn't go straight at Him because of His power, but decided to attack what HE loved...His creation( people, environment, etc) Proverbs says " a wholesome tongue is a tree of life, but perverseness therein is a breach in the spirit".
So the breach provides an opening for their attack on us...aliens are fallen angels seeking revenge
