God's talking to His wife, the Holy spirit. Don't forget the follow up verse 27: So God created man in His own image, in the image if God created He him male and female created He them. So it was God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit there when He created the world. The Holy spirit being the female person of the trinity.
Hi Stan The Godhead or Trinity as known today both meaning 3 in One does not have a Woman in it as confirmed in Creation. The Beasts Trinity will have one. We see in Creation Man was Created first than Woman from Mans rib this is why when we Marry we are One flesh and in Christ Jesus like The Godhead or Trinity 1John5:7KJV we are One in Spirit although our roles remain differant.
