    how many years passed from the creation of Adam to the Lords Commandment of Noah to build the Ark?

    One day to God as a thousand years. Then the first 7 days were 7000 years.

    The first 7 days were not 7000 years. They were 7 literal days. That verse is meant to show the patience of God and to show how God is not bound by something he created, Time. Context is important throughout the Bible.

    Exactly!! We do not know how God measures time. It is likely based upon your true statement our world earth could be only 2 days old in sight of God.
