Discuss Revelation 19

Revelation 19 KJV Bible discussions

That's a good question. I have heard many different speculations. Recently, during COVID, many people felt that getting vaccines was connected with the mark of the beast. I did some research on verse 18 for the number 666 and this is what I found.

    1. Biblical numbers have meaning. So the number 7 is "good" and represent completion. 6 is less than 7, so it represents imperfection. The 6 is tripled "666" so the mark of the beast is gross imperfection. Basically, it symbolizes an organization ( maybe an entity) that represents man's fall from God's glory.

    2. The beats is in opposition to God and Jesus. Those that support organizations, thoughts, and ideas that oppose God and his word would have the "mark" of the beast. ( Revelation 19:19-21) So what I understood, is that the mark is not a literal mark, but a symbolic mark. Afterall, I don't believe I have ever seen anyone with a divine "666" mark placed on them.

Good Question. I hope I added something to the discussion.

    More on the Tribulation

And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever. ( John 8:35).

When we consider the state of the human soul as well as the angelic realm we realize that access to the heavenly abode is only for those who kept their first estate; as opposed to those mentioned in Jude 6 who fell away after Lucifer's deception. Such is the case as well for men; unregenerate men are truly slaves to sin ( Romans 6:20). We find that our freedom indeed puts us into bondage while being a servant of Christ brings victory.

It is tempting to include some verses from secular songs which at least admit to the dazzling display that Satan appearing as an angel of light uses to delude the masses. ( 2 Cor. 11:14). Since he can no longer magnify God's name; Satan and his minions can only appeal to the nature of man; as he did when influencing Peter to speak as he did about Christ ( Matthew 16:23). Men's thoughts are on self preservation; not sacrificial love. We want to keep close those who are closest to us; which isn't necessarily wrong in itself but is if God is subservient; thus we hate our lives and keep it ( John 12:25). Hence is the paradox of living in Christ and it will come to it's fullest realization during the fires of the Tribulation. It is hard to comprehend just how powerful the delusion will be mentioned in 2 Thessalonians 2:11. GOD sends the strong delusion! As stated previously; the trumpet judgments still won't deter the world of it's sins; and in Revelation 9:14-21 after the 200,000,000 demon horde kill one third of all of the earth people STILL won't stop their abominable acts. Keep in mind this is well after the sixth SEAL where people at that time are still hiding in caves and fully aware of God and Christ on their thrones beginning judgment ( Rev. 6:16-17).

This of course will lead to the delusion mentioned in Psalm 2 and Revelation 19 where men come together at Armageddon and eventually try to fight God.

God's apparent contradictions: Examining Psalm 107 compared to Proverbs 1:26-28 and like passages

We see in the first example God's patience when people were about to head to destruction; either physical or spiritual death or both how throughout several earlier Biblical events God's people were delivered and rescued when at wits end and they called upon His name. The second passage and others such as we find in Jeremiah and Micah to name just two show where God will not hear; and in the case of this section of Proverbs mocks them in their calamity.

One can generalize of how God chastises all those He loves such as we see in Proverbs 3:12 (just a couple chapters later) and Hebrews 12:6. These techniques were primarily for the nation of Israel in the Old Testament and His church today. Exceptions exist; however such as those who offered profane fire before the Lord in Numbers 16 who deliberately rebelled against God's chosen prophet (Moses) and suffered immediate judgment. Moses surely wasn't the only one either who was saved but couldn't enter the Promised Land (only Caleb and Joshua could from the original generation along with their children).

In the case of Pagan nations; such as in Psalm 2 and examples of wholesale slaughter in the Old Testament of the nations around Israel were a result of their vile abominations; with child sacrifice being a top thing causing wrath no doubt. Psalm 2 is a parallel to Revelation 19 where those having taken the Mark of the Beast are led by the 3 frog like spirits coming out of Satan's evil "trinity" to be led to Armageddon to fight Christ (although there may be some trickery at first to convince them that they are fighting the last battle for control over the earth by destroying the armies coming against Antichrist.)

This gives us assurance that those who are His elect will be saved; even if chastisement shortens their earthly existence ( 1 Cor. 11:30). This is the difference between those He hears or not.

    Hey S Spencer,

Thanks again, I feel I am among the minority on this and I am grateful that people on this site are willing to discuss it. As I said to Chris "in the beginning" what John is referring to makes a big difference in understanding. If it is the Genesis creation or if it is the beginning of Jesus's ministry when He was anointed with the Holy Spirit. I agree with you the Spirit of God the Holy Spirit is eternal. God is Spirit and the Holy Spirit is God's Spirit and has always been.

If we look at 1 John 1:1 this is clearly the beginning of Jesus ministry, John says they have heard, they have seen with their eyes, they saw and touch Him with their hands, this is clearly not the Genesis creation beginning but Jesus's ministry. To me 1 John 1:1 does not show a trinity.

The word of God that is applied to Jesus is only once in the Bible and it was in Revelation 19:3 it was his name was called; Jesus was the word of God in the flesh God was manifested in Jesus but that does not mean Jesus preexisted His birth. I am still praying and studying for the truth, I to once believed Jesus preexisted but to many Scriptures do not agree.

Like Revelation 1:2 Who bare record of the word of God, and of the testimony of Jesus Christ, and of all things that he saw. Why are they two different things here?

    Thanks again.

    God bless,

Concluding statements on the "emotions" of God related to His covenants

It has been said that the book of Revelation is the "Grand Central Station" of scripture. Here we see His righteous 144,000 and their entourage of countless multitudes which overcome; and the return of Christ where He rules and reigns from Jerusalem (as stated in Revelation 19-21) and finally the last chapter which goes to the eternal state. The struggle of Israel at that time is brought forth in Revelation 12 with the woman and the other signs of the sun and moon and stars.

When considering the extent of God's wrath we understand it is eternal (and conversely also for all the saved saints enjoying bliss in heaven). Man was made with eternity in their hearts ( Ecclesiastes 3:11) as God Himself is eternal who is their Creator. The seemingly volatile and unhinged behavior that many outside the faith blame the God of the Bible of having is in reality evidence of His longsuffering; we see a preview of hell for the first time literally in the book of Numbers 16:22-35. This was due to the sons of Korah attempting to be part of the priesthood and to usurp the authority of Moses. We see evidences of the people attempting to intercede to stop more widespread destruction in verses 22 to 24 with some success; also in verses 45 through 48 Moses didn't have to ask what to do after God promised widespread judgment; he was allowed to intercede standing in front of the Lord between the dead and living (v. 48). These chapters are interesting and warrant further study as to things that are purified and made holy and in light of the present observations more I'm sure could be deduced.

These and other passages show that the Lord offers a way out from His wrath in His prescribed methodology only. The rebellion the day after people literally were swallowed up and sent to hell because of being annoyed with Moses for God being angry and following through on His threats serves as a warning to us all.

    Thank you for your reply.

I started my post quoting Esther 5:1 and making some important highlights, and I wrote: "1Now it came to pass on the third day(see John 2:19),that Esther put on her royal apparel(see Revelation19:7-8)and stood in the inner court of the king's house over against the king's house(ref. Revelation 11:2),and the king sat upon his royal throne in the royal house, over against the gate of the house.

The main point of my post is the comparison with the true Church of the Lord JESUS-the body of JESUS Christ- the current Temple of GOD in this current Covenant, so, we must discern that we are in the beginning of the first century of the 3rd Day (2024 AD), that is in the turn exactly from the sixth to the seventh and last GOD's Day.

Well, JESUS promised to rise up the Temple in the 3rd Day-the Temple of GOD-the Church of the Lord- John 2:19. And exactly from now on, from this same wonderful moment, "let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to Him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife must made herself ready". Revelation 19:8 says propheticaly: And to her -to the Church of the Lord- His body- was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints. The Word is GOD, self-executing, understand?

Furthermore, JESUS is already sat on His Throne, as it is described in Revelation chapters 4 and 5, and GOD the Father is already in His rest as He planned to do since the beginning, it in the exactly and current seventh Day. And he sais: Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. These are the true sayings of GOD.

    The Word is GOD, self-executing

Be careful and get ready - Matthew 25:6-12 will LTERALLY fulfill itself.

    Christ was given the Kingdom

God the Father granted Christ all authority on heaven and earth which sets forth the ultimate example of how God worked to reward the perfect obedience of Christ. It also goes against Satan's offer to worship him to have such authority. ( Matthew 28:18; Matthew 4:9).

One may question how Christ; who Himself brought all of creation into existence would have such a destiny. ( Colossians 1:16-20). In that situation; one may say that He was the Person to do the work that the Father had planned; and His agent as it were was the Spirit of God (hovering over the waters as it states in Genesis 1:2).

We realize in this that no servant is greater than his master. ( John 15:20). We all are nothing without Him; yet He will likewise exalt the humble with positions to rule and reign with Christ in the Millennium. In some sense we can say that Christ emptied Himself so that He could be our High Priest suffering in all ways but without sin. ( Heb. 4:15). As the second Adam He was able to keep from the temptations of the devil to fall unlike Adam; as well as fulfilling the law perfectly which no man could do. ( 1 Cor. 15:45-47).

It is hard to get our mind around these facts; that He who created all things would start from conception as a helpless babe and end as a sheep to the slaughter ( Isaiah 53:7); the Lamb of God which will forever be ascribed to His Name. Of course all of us who are saved are adopted sons; ( Ephesians 1:5) part of the eternal lineage of the rightous (as contrasted with the earth dwellers in Revelation 11:10).

Christ is returning as conquering king. He alone trods the winepress ( Isaiah 63:3). He alone brings forth the TRUE one world government of peace and rules in righteousness; impartially judging as many verses in Isaiah testify. Some verses can be taken symbolically but to not take Revelation 19 literally or somehow think Christ already returned in some mystical way is heretical thinking (see 2 Tim. 2:18)

    Hi RLW,

Thanks for the clarification. If we already discussed this months or years ago I just don't remember, so thank you for explaining. I have a better idea of what you meant now. I'm glad you're a Christian.

My comment didn't have much to do with baptism but your comment did and it seems you were making a distinction between Matthew 28:19 and examples in the Bible where people were baptized. I would have to review to know what if anything was mentioned as being said.

I don't believe people have to believe in a Godhead to be saved. I think you were thinking that was a requirement. I don't believe this is a salvation issue, but just trying to understand the Bible and arrive at the truth. I believe that is the goal here.

You wrote: "Now in many churches, a person must believe in the Trinity for salvation, and if they do not confess the Trinity, they are not a Christian."

In the last 50 years or more I've attended many different Christian church denominations and I've never once heard of anyone saying you must believe in a trinity to be saved. Are you sure that is what someone said? This not what typical Christians believe. Can you give an example of what specific Christian church denomination and location or if it was just one person who said this?

I once went to a Calvary Chapel where the guy gave a sermon that said if you don't vote for Obama then you're not a Christian. But I knew enough to know that guy was wacko and his cult beliefs did not represent others in the calvary chapel or in Christianity. It's a common logical fallacy to generalize an entire group of people for one individuals actions or beliefs. What's ironic is Obama is a muslim and pro-abortion, which is a very anti-Christian belief.

But as for not believing Jesus is God. If John 1:1 said and the Word was NOT God, then I would find this belief more credible, but it says the opposite. Jesus is the Word: Revelation 19:13. He's also the I AM: John 8:58, Exodus 3:14.

    Further insights on Herod's massacre

The destruction of offspring made in God's image certainly is occurring today; even if it isn't directly related to idol and demon offerings and sacrifices. Exodus 23:7 and Proverbs 24:11 are prescient verses regarding this matter.

As I stated in the last post; Satan has come close to his goal but ultimately will never succeed. We should heed to God's warnings when destruction is on the horizon; whether war or famine. It is true that we don't always know what is happening but unlike Lot we should seek to remove ourselves from the council of the ungodly (see Psalm 1) before God's wrath comes. The enemy typically works in two ways; either through direct physical persecution or through deceptions involving the mind (or both). The days of sugarcoating his agenda are gone; as seen from the in your face Satanism in the schools and entertainment.

The attempt to break free from the fetters and boundaries God has set in place (see Psalm 2) seems to show that the attempted overthrow of Christ Himself as stated in the Psalm as well as Revelation 19 isn't that far off.

We are salt and light; as long as we remain here on this earth in the "church age". 1 Peter 4:17 states that judgment begins at the house of God and the intrusion of many damnable heresies in many churches today started with subtle deception ( Galatians 5:9). It is clear that God's people is a focus of where the enemy intrudes; we see this with colleges an religious studies; for example where the agenda is even more squewed towards leftist leanings there than in other studies. While we have seen in this nation and European ones in particular this attack plan; the enemy has caused more persecution and death than in all history from what some say in the 20th Century; no doubt continuing today. This tends to grow the church; however. That is a fair warning to those steeped in "Christian tradition" or a form of godliness denying the power ( 2 Tim. 3:5-7).

    Matthew 2:18

The statement of weeping in Ramah is echoed here from the passage in the Old Testament in Jeremiah. This signifies another one of Satan's attempts to wipe out the godly seed; reflecting the age old battle started in Genesis 3:15.

When we see the story of Christ from His birth to His death Satan was given license to come within inches of his goal; in the former situation killing every male child through Herod's persecution except for that of Joseph and Mary which was thwarted by supernatural intervention ( Matt. 2:13-23) after the Magi were warned previously to return to their homeland by a different route whence they came. No doubt at His death Satan thought he was granted total success in killing the Son of God at the cross but Judas Iscariot at least realized that he had been part of killing a just man; sadly it was worldly sorrow rather than godly sorrow leading to repentance in this case. Satan and the demons; unlike man KNOW who Christ is; as James states the demons believe and tremble ( James 2:19). The forces of evil should have known that a member of the Godhead is indeed invincible; even over death; certainly Satan's defeat echoing the prophecy in Genesis about his head being destroyed was at least partially fulfilled; I would argue in Revelation comes another fulfillment; with the deadly wound healed of Antichrist Satan's agent; then the destruction of Antichrist and later Satan Himself in Revelation 19 through 22.

Time after time in the history of the Word we see nearly complete attempts to wipe out man; Satan corrupted men (I would argue through the Nephilim and their offspring) so that only Noah and his small family were saved out of it; the attempt to destroy God's lineage was also repeated with the attempted massacre of all the Jews in Esther's time; the Holocaust; and throughout history until today. During the Tribulation again he will fall short (see Zechariah 13:8 for example).

May we rejoice that His victory is assured.

    You are a marked man.

If we compare Revelation 7:3 with the mark of the Beast in Revelation 13:16-17 we see a mark of ownership; in reality representing either God in the first instance; and Satan in the second. The exact appearance of God's mark is not given while that of the Beast is identified in the original language as "chargma" if I have the spelling right. That is something on or just beneath the skin; whether it is a sort of tattoo or computer chip it allows the world to visibly give allegiance to Antichrist.

God knows the hearts of men; and all those He foreknew to be called and chosen; as well as those who are reprobate or unbelievers. Satan is well aware of who we are as believers; as it is the only threat to his kingdom on earth at present.

Tne mark of Cain gave him the ability to avenge sevenfold anything done against him. ( Gen. 4:15). This was something identifiable which avoided his immediate demise; perhaps showing the future fulfillment of the mark of the Beast for temporary protection from the executioners and the wrath of men under Satan's pogrom. Following the god of this world always leads to death and destruction of self as well as others. Dying to self to follow Christ brings eternal life.

Of course it is no fun having a target on our back; even now that the enemy is constantly attempting to fling fiery darts at us ( Ephesians 6:16). We should take heart; as he has no time to waste attacking those who are already in his camp and under his control whose unregenerate hearts are blinded to the glorious gospel of truth ( 2 Cor. 4:4). Absent from the body we are present with the Lord ( 2 Cor. 5:8). God is in charge of the day of our death; the enemy can only be permitted to do anything against us. The final conflagration in Revelation 19 when we return in the armies of heaven with Christ who destroys the Beast and his armies is inevitable; the war is won we just fight battles and skirmishes leading up to His victory.

    Psalm 4:5

    King James Version

5Offer the sacrifices of righteousness, and put your trust in theLord.

I believe that Christ offered himself for a sacrifice for burnt offerings, and peace offerings .

    Revelation 19:6

6And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth.

Hey catman, I agree. Especially when so many "theologians" here seem to know so much. They write pages and pages of theological "dissertations" designed to enlighten us. One of my favorite verses, by the way, is.. Revelation 19:10.. the last part of the verse... "for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy"... just saying.

Hi Inajermyn. Are you referring to Hosea 2:16,17 & also to Revelation 19:7-9? If so, we're not told in the Revelation whether the LORD God is referred to by a special Name (e.g. Ishi = Husband). We do know that ever since Jesus, God's Son, came to Earth to secure our redemption through His Blood, the LORD has always been referred to as Abba = Father, amongst those in that new relationship to Him (of Jew & Gentile).

God was once considered by Israel as 'Baali' (Owner), though the LORD longed that Israel would turn away from idolatry & turn back to Him, their Husband (Ishi). How that relationship with Israel pans out post-Cross is difficult to say, for the Scriptures are clear that only those who 'call upon the Lord (Jesus) will be saved' ( Romans 10:13) - and these people are those who call the LORD, their Heavenly Father, even as He is the Father of Jesus Christ, and we in Him, His Body, the Church.

I am a bit limited on time here; but the story of Saul trying to kill David 21 times (quite often attempting to impale him against a wall) and the love/hate sort of emotion he had toward David is a classic illustration of such an issue. Surely we could say the actions of Judas Iscariot and the Antichrist fit in there as well; in fact the final end of the unregenerate in Revelation truly is insane; attempting to fight God as seen in Psalm 2 and Revelation 19.

God would cause enemies to fight after each other as well as elicit fear among them. God also is going to send strong delusion in the last days; so God Himself can allow this to happen. Ultimately; of course it is the spiritual entities of devils that affect men; as seen today with those afflicting pain on themselves or committing suicide; many behaviors which are identical to those in cults in the scriptures as well as today. We see this with the worshippers of Dagon I believe when they were trying to get their "god" to do something during the prophetic challenge of Elijah (and or with Baal). Child sacrifice would be considered insane too; although in today's society we have made it a social or human rights issue instead.

Be prepared for another terrible flood, as follow: Revelation 12:14-17:

15 And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a FLOOD after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.

16 And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the FLOOD which the dragon cast out of his mouth.( See Revelation 13:11 combined with Revelation 16:13-15. And Get ready)

17 And the Dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of GOD, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.(that is the Spirit of prophecy- Revelation 19:10)

14 And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle (by allegory, the OLD and New Testaments- Revelation 11:3), that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent(the red Dragon). ---> (By the way, JESUS said for the Devil: "Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every Word that proceedeth out of the mouth of GOD". The Word is GOD- John 1:1. The Words that came from the MOUTH of GOD are written in the Bible, you know?)

Was Satan, the MAN of sin, son of perdition, born?(2Thes.2:3-4) Yes, he was, of course, decades ago.

    Hi Giannis.

I agree also that these are separate events.

In Revelation 19:9 we see the marriage supper of the Lamb.

In verse 11-16 We the second coming where Christ comes to make war.

If this was the rapture of the saints, who is it that was present at the marriage supper of the Lamb in verse 9 if we hadn't been raptured yet?

In other words, he would have to come get us before we can attend the wedding!

    Thanks and God bless you.
  • Jesse - In Reply - 5 months ago
    Hello Giannis,

That is my understanding also. I believe that 1 Thessalonians Chapter 4 is speaking of the rapture, whereas Revelation Chapter 19 is speaking about the 2nd coming of Christ.

I see this as two separate events (Rapture & 2nd coming). My belief is that we will be at the marriage supper of the lamb during the tribulation, and after the 7-year tribulation is complete, then the Lord will return (2nd coming), and we come back with him.

Revelation 19:14 tells us that the armies which were in heaven followed Him upon white horses (that would be us), clothed in fine linen, white and clean.

Clothed in fine linen, white and clean. We see this mentioned in Revelation 19:8 which says, "And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white:"

The word white is the word bright. Clean and white: for fine linen is the righteousness of saints.

So we, as His bride, we will be clothed in white, fine linen. And notice that this is all taking place in heaven. We are there. The tribulation is still taking place on earth while we are at the marriage supper with Christ prior to His 2nd coming.

Something else I notice is that at the rapture, Christ does not come all the way to the earth. We meet Him in the air. But at His 2nd coming, He will physically touch down onto the Mount of Olives.

    Blessings to you!

the "clouds" that is referred to in Rev.1:7, I am beginning to think it is an army/cavalry like I 1st suggested.

( Revelation 1:7) "Behold, he ((cometh WITH clouds)); and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen."

( Zephaniah 1:14-15 KJV) "That day is a day of wrath, a day of trouble and distress, a day of wasteness and desolation, a day of darkness and gloominess, a day of ((clouds)) and thick darkness,"

( 2 Thessalonians 1:7) "And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven ((WITH his mighty angels)),"

( Revelation 19:14 KJV) "And the ((armies)) which were in heaven followed him upon ((white horses)), clothed in fine linen, white and clean."

    God bless.

    ABOUT DOGS, Lord GOD said:Is.56:7-12

7...MINE HOUSE shall be called an house of prayer for all people.

8The Lord GOD,which gathers the outcasts of Israel says,Yet will I gather others to him, beside those that are gathered unto him.

9All ye BEASTS OF THE FIELD,COME TO DEVOUR,yea, all ye beasts in the forest-(((beasts in FOREST?Ps.37:15)))-->

((( Revelation 19:17-18 say:-->17And I saw an angel((archangel?))standing in the SUN((Rev.12:1-2&5));and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven,Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great GOD;18 That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men,and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great-(((Rev.6:14-17)))

10His watchmen are blind:they are all ignorant, they are all DUMB DOGS,they cannot bark;sleeping, lying down, loving to slumber.

11Yea,they are GREEDY DOGS which can never have enough, and THEY ARE SHEPHERDS that cannot understand:they all look to their own way, every one for his gain, from his quarter.

12Come ye,say they,I will fetch wine, and we will fill ourselves with strong drink;and to morrow shall be as this day,and much more abundant(greater, much more).

    Rev.22:15-For without are DOGS,and sorcerers,and whoremongers,and murderers,and idolaters,and whosoever loves and makes a lie.

    Ph.3:2-Beware of DOGS...

    2Cor.11:12-15

12But what I do,that I will do,that I may cut off occasion from them which desire occasion;that wherein they glory, they may be found even as we.

13For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.

14And no marvel;for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.

15Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers(MINISTERS OF SATAN)also be transformed as ministers of righteousness (preachers of the Word of GOD);whose end shall be according to their works.

Resurrection, when the dead in Christ rise first. Who will teach during Tribulation? I am praying and 'quit the sin business' a preacher said once. So I can be found worthy to escape these things ( Revelation 4:1 - Revelation 19:11-21 ) Grace, Salvation and the Holy Spirit does remain before during and for some after Tribulation. When sharing those scriptures, it was a reply but I realize now I did not reply to the post. Advice taken is a wise thing to do, so I am all ears or in this case eyes, God Bless. We got to help each other, even if I am wrong . But we must not strife but get it right with each other out of love for one another. 2 Timothy 2:15-18 was just something I shared, to encourage others that we should not argue. Heb 3:15 God Bless you for that and continue to.

    1 Thessalonians 4:16

"For the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:"

    1 Thessalonians 4:17

"Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord." (7 years in Heaven and in Revelation 19:11-21 Christ returns with His Saints and the Angels)

    Revelation 3:10

"Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth."

    Matthew 5:12

"Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in Heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.

    John 14:2

In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.

Grace and Salvation and the Holy Spirit will remain. The Body of Christ is he who hinders, God said the Holy Spirit will abide with thee forever. Zech 14:16-21 speaks of those that are left, without the mark or and who did not worship the image will serve year to year.

    Isaiah 19:23-25

23 In that day shall there be a highway out of Egypt to Assyria, and the Assyrian shall come into Egypt, and the Egyptian into Assyria, and the Egyptians shall serve with the Assyrians.

24 In that day shall Israel be the third with Egypt and with Assyria, even a blessing in the midst of the land:

25 Whom the LORD of hosts shall bless, saying, Blessed be Egypt my people, and Assyria the work of my hands, and Israel mine inheritance.

Current events should be studied in light of Psalm 83 which although was reflected in the war of 1948 in particular and other past conflicts it is perhaps most applicable to today; when each of the factions in the surrounding nations in a sort of coalition or cooperative effort are going to be; it seems conquered in shot order by Israel. This would include territory and terrorists in Syria; Lebanon; the Golan Heights; Gaza and all other factions. This is necessary for the Ezekiel 38 war to take place where Israel feels secure with unwalled villages which clearly is NOT and has not been the situation up until now in its history. Notice for now the surrounding nations are using proxies and integrated militants within their borders rather than massing tanks or troops for a national invasion which will take place with Iran; Russia; Turkey and the confederacy coming for spoil in the Ezekiel 38 conflict.

It sadly will take until the end of the Tribulation when Jerusalem has half of the city taken along with rapes like has happened now and in most wars in the past. The third that is refined in the fire will endure to the end; two thirds of Israel will perish before they finally realize who Christ is and the nation will weep by themselves in their own families. Then God will fight for Israel and the people themselves will have the final conquest along with the returning saints who rule and reign with Christ with a rod of iron upon His return in Revelation 19.

No doubt there are trying times ahead; and we won't even see the Tribulation begin without a false peace narrative even stronger than present once Antichrist is revealed; but likely some time after this conflict and other conflagrations for life to seem to go back to some sense of normal for Christ to return when we don't expect like the time of Noah when people were buying; selling; marrying; etc. Don't be surprised if it is still at least a few years until the Rapture therefore; many will fall away.

    God's anger (part 2)

God is angry with the nations as well as individuals. Revelation 11:18 begins a discussion of God's wrath and it is accomplished when the winepress is trod alone by Christ ( Isaiah 63:3) which mirrors Armageddon as described in Revelation 19; but also the campaign of the Exekiel 38 war and the nations God destroys in the process.

In such a topic; of course we see other attributes of God balancing things such as wrath and anger with patience and longsuffering of the Lord; for instance. In all this discussion it is important to see how a balanced picture of our Lord brings a better focus as to who He is. We can't just focus on anger or there is no hope for His love; but the same holds true for those who only want to hear "encouraging" verses in scripture. As famously stated we either have all of Christ or we have in reality none of Him. We must take the whole counsel of the Word of God rather than cherry picking what we want as context gets thrown out the window at best with that mindset; and at worst whole doctrinal truths are cast aside. Such is the action of such deists as Benjamin Franklin apparently. The flesh really doesn't even comprehend God's love; for human love and its vicissitudes clearly can't be trusted ( Jeremiah 17:9) as our heart is desperately wicked and who can know it? God judges impartially and is not a "respecter of persons" ( Romans 2:11-16; Acts 10:34). He is entirely righteous and no one can argue with Him once judgment comes. As Psalm 2 states we should "kiss the Son" while He is in the way so that His anger doesn't make us perish (verse 12; loosely translated). God's terms are having Christ as our mediator and High Priest because He can't look upon sin ( Heb. 9:15; Habakkuk 1:13). God will thankfully bring His own people to completion and hence the new heaven and earth will have nations of righteous people serving God; both the survivors of the Tribulation and Resurrected/Raptured saints.

According to the GOD's Word, what needs to happen first?Exactly what is written in Revelation 18:1-5,i.e.the Judgment of the Great Whore,as follows:

1 And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory.

2 And he cried (will cry) mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.

3 For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.

The Antichrist was born and rose up from the own Church.Yes, the birthplace or the cradle of Antichrist, was the own Church, unfortunately. 1John 2:19- They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us:but they went out,

4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.

5 For her sins have reached unto heaven, and GOD hath remembered her iniquities.

Just after the fall of Babylon the marriage of the Lamb will be celebrated, yes, the marriage of the Lamb comes and the wife of the Lamb will make herself ready, the Bride will make herself ready for this wonderful event,Hallelujah! And to her was granted that she be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white:for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.

AFTER THE JUDGMENT OF BABYLON- Revelation 19:1-10

1-I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying,Alleluia; Salvation, and Glory, and Honour, and Power, unto the Lord our GOD:

2 For true and righteous are His Judgments: for He hath Judged the Great Whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and hath avenged the blood of His servants at her hand.

The Rapture (part 3) REASONS FOR THE RAPTURE

I have in other posts described why the Rapture is going to occur. It fulfills scriptures such as Malachi 3:16 in the book of remembrance of those who OFTEN talk about the Lord and it is to reward those who patiently wait for His coming ( James 1:12 and other supporting text). My commentary also discussed how it is for the reunion of all the saints; past and present at the Lord's feet; and for us to be presented in the church as "kings and priests" who will rule and reign with Him ( Rev. 5:10). We are the armies of heaven who will eventually return with Christ in Revelation 19:14; and be accompanied by angels as well.

Psalm 40:3 shows how many shall see and fear us being lifted up from the miry clay (verses 1-2). The provoking of the Jews to jealousy ( Romans 11:14) perhaps will occur when the times of the Gentiles are full ( Romans 11:25). In any event the time of Jacob's trouble is specifically for the week of testing for seven years ( Jeremiah 30:7; Daniel 9:26-27) which is also known as Daniel's 70th week.

Let us assume for a moment that the Rapture IS going to happen before the end of this year for instance. How many are ready for His coming? How many have their garments unspotted and unwrinkled ( Eph. 5:27). I have mentioned before that whether people believe the Rapture is Pretribulation or some other later date; it is the fruit of our lives that is most important. A theoretical concept won't keep those away who are true servants of the Master; but I guarantee those who are espousing a PreTrib Rapture but whose lives are not according to His will will by and large be shocked in many cases being left behind. Whether all these people never believed inthe first place or the Rapture is a reward issue; surely a great multitude will be saved but die as martyrs in the Tribulation ( Rev. 7:9). That is the purpose for the Tribulation for God's children; along with gathering the unregenerate for destruction.

    continuation from above

    Revelation 19:5-9

5 And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our GOD, all ye His servants, and ye that fear Him, both small and great.

6 And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord GOD omnipotent reigneth( Revelation 11:15 to 18. Take a look).

7 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.

8 And to her was granted that she should be arrayed IN FINE LINEN, CLEAN AND WHITE: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.

9 And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of GOD.

    Revelation 11:12-13

12 And they (the two candlestlicks /two Churches-Gentile and Jewish Church)heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud (like JESUS- Acts 1:9-11-Take a look); and their ENEMIES beheld them.

13 And the same hour was there a great earthquake(Resurrection???), and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the GOD of heaven.

1Thes. 4:15-16 ->15 We say unto you by the Word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. 16 The Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of GOD: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

Daniel 12:12- Blessed is he that waiteth, and cometh to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days.(Oh yes, blessed is he that waiteth, and cometh to the Ineffable, Wonderful, Indescribable, unspeakable day, the day 1.335, Hallelujah!!!, by the way, 45 days after the period of 1290 days- Daniel 12:11.

    GOD BLESS. Get ready

    Jema:

Revelation is all about the revealing of Jesus Christ, his creation become the exactness of himself, Christ. All accomplished by the WORKS of the cross of Christ.

It's hidden in symbols; as you study Mosses and the Prophets, those symbols are explained; yet, often they are explained by another symbol, keep studying, Christ will reveal himself to you, you will come to understand you died with Christ on his cross, YOU and Christ arose TOGETHER, a marriage, you BECAME ONE.

The entire word of God is about the kingdom of God, a kingdom of priest and gods, the IMAGE of their high priest, Jesus Christ, they are going to judge the nations with Christ.

Joshua 22:22 The LORD GOD of gods, the LORD GOD of gods ......

Exodus 7:1 And the LORD said unto Mosses, see I HAVE MADE THEE (Mosses) a god to Pharaoh ....

God made Mosses a god to JUDGE Pharaoh...... this is going to happen again ..... this time no Canaanites will be left in the land

Zachariah 14:21 Yea, every POT (we are the pot; the body, Christ the potter) in Jerusalem and in Judah SHALL BE HOLINESS unto the Lord of host: and all they ( Revelation 19:9) that sacrifice shall come and take of them (the pots of Christ), and SEETH THEREIN (be judged) in that day there shall be NO MORE CANAANITE.

Zachariah 12:8 ... and the house of David shall be as God, and the angel of the Lord before them ........

Psalms 126:6 He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious SEED, shall doubtless COME AGAIN with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.

Revelation 21:26 And they (the pots of God, the body of Christ) shall bring the glory and the honour OF THE NATIONS into it.

The saints are going to Judge the earth, ALL JUDGEMENT was given to CHrist; you cannot be a judge and NOT BELIEVE, you were made ONE with Christ by his resurrection.

    God Bless YOU!

You are know at the marriage supper of the LAMB, you FLESH (your carnal mind) is being DESTROYED by the TRUTH of God's word.

Revelation 19:9 Blessed are those that are called to the marriage supper of the Lamb .....

Revelation 19:18 That ye (those called to the marriage supper) may EAT the FLESH of mighty men..... the carnal mind that against the TRUTH of God's word.

Isaiah 9:20 ...they (the carnal minded) shall EAT EVERY MAN the FLESH of his own RIGHT ARM ......

The ANOINTING IN YOU will teach you ALL THINGS ---- 1 John 2:27 -----
