Just finished Readings wisdom of Solomon (KJV Apocrypha)

Wisdom of Solomon chapters 1-16 matches the history of many chapters in the bible we know today.

he talks about how Jehovah ( psalms 83:18 he uses title: 'lord' 'God'),

How God gave him wisdom (wisdom he calls "her" or she"), he talks about Moses and the deliverance (did not mention Moses by name), the plagues of Egypt (exodus) he talks about the wilderness (snakes, quail, manna), he talks about knowing the beginning of creation (Moses wrote genesis 1,2), the rebellion of Israel's idolatry (making of images in worship), the unrighteous, wicked ones and their destruction ( Psalm 37:9-11,29,34), he was a young man possibly when he wrote these verses. he rebuilt the temple. so he had these writings to read in the temple. just make since!

not sure about Wisdom of Solomon chapters 17-19. I got lost in translation. a few verses like him talking about the quail make since... but the rest not sure. not clear! to me personally.

    "Hope these scripture help.

    Matthew 7.23

Jesus knows those that follow him and obey his voice now and forever .

Unfortunately there are many that follow a different Jesus and they do not find out until Matthew 7.23

Don't be fooled by them or there claims , just do what Jesus of the bible says and do not make a show of it like Pharisees.

Replying to The User name "Jesus knows"

    Regarding Matthew 7

    Good scripture to ponder...

    Brother Chris:

Before I ever knew of this website or read any comments Alex had written, the Spirit had already revealed to me that the Word (God) is SEED and Seed ALWAYS produces SEED just like the SEED it came from.

Wheat seed produces wheat seed, corn seed produces corn seed, no matter what seed is planted it ALWAYS produces the same seed that was planted.

Luke 8:13 Now the PARABLE is this: the SEED is the Word of God.

I know you believe the WORD is GOD; therefore GOD is SEED, GOD is SPIRIT; therefore SEED is SPIRIT, the Holy Spirit or the Holy Ghost is the WORD, the SPIRIT and ALSO the SEED.

1 Peter 1:23 Being born again, not of corruptible SEED (flesh), but of incorruptible SEED (SPIRIT), by the Word of God (Spirit of God, Seed of God), which (the Seed, the Spirit, the Word) liveth and abideth forever.

When we depart this body of flesh; Spirit ONLY remains, Spirit is GOD, we become (the image of) God.

As for Psalms 82 It is the Word. It is prophecy.

Psalms 83:1 God (the Word) standeth in the congregation (those that receive the Word) of the mighty; he (the Word) judgeth among the gods (gods that are flesh and gods that are born again SPIRIT; first; you bear the flesh, then the Spirit).

Psalms 82:2 How long (God, the Word) will you judge unjustly (we see no justice right now), and accept the persons of the wicked?

Psalms 82:3 (God, the Word) defend the poor and fatherless; do justice to the afflected and needy.

Psalms 82:4 (God, the Word) deliver the poor and needy: (God, the Word) rid them out of the hand of the wicked.

Psalms 82:5 They (gods of this world) know not, neither do they understand; they walk in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course.

Psalms 82:6 I (God, the word) have said (and my WORDS will not return unto me void) YE ARE GODS; the children of the most high.

But ye shall die like men (flesh, and ONLY the SPIRIT will remain), and fall like one of the princes (of this world).

    Chris,

Not so, KJV has accounts of "Jehovah" being used:

    Psalms 83:18

That men may know that thou, whose name alone is JEHOVAH, art the most high over all the earth.

    Isaiah 12:2

Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.

    Exodus 6:3

And I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, by the name of God Almighty, but by my name JEHOVAH was I not known to them.

    Isaiah 26:4

Trust ye in the LORD for ever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength:

    Hi Wesley,

I errored when I said I believe the battle in Ezekiel is not the same in Revelation, I meant to say I believe the battle in Ezekiel is not the same in Revelation 20, ( after the Millennium). I believe the battle in Ezekiel is before the Millennium.

However I believe it's what you're saying also,

In Ezekiel it seems they comes from the North ( INTO ISRAEL ) to take spoil.

Ezekiel 38:15. And thou shalt come from "THY PLACE" out of the NORTH parts, thou, and many people with thee, all of them riding upon horses, a great company, and a mighty army:

    ( Perhaps Russia and company.)

Also notice who's missing in Ezekiel. Israels. surrounding neighbors,

In Revelation they are gathered from the 4 corners of the earth to Armageddon.

Revelation 16:16. And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.

Revelation 20:8. And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in (THE FOUR QUARTERS OF THE EARTH,) Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: THE NUMBER OF WHOM IS AS THE SAND OF THE SEA.

Joel 3:2. I will also gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, and will plead with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted my land.

Also notice the intent and the players involved here in

Psalms 83:2-8. For, lo, thine enemies make a tumult: and they that hate thee have lifted up the head.

They have taken crafty counsel against thy people, and consulted against thy hidden ones.

They have said, Come, and LET US CUT THEM OFF FROM BEING A NATION; THAT THE NAME OF ISRAEL MAY BE NO MORE in remembrance.

For they have consulted together with one consent: they are confederate against thee:

    The tabernacles of EDOM, and the ISHMAEL IT'S; of MOAB, and the HAGARENES;

    GEBAL, and AMMON, and AMALEK; the PHILISTINES with the inhabitants of TYRE;

ASSUR also is joined with them: they have holpen the children of Lot. Selah.

    God bless.

    No.

Ezekiel 27 & 28 describes the King of Tyre as making himself a "god" and was called a "cherub" and referenced "Eden, the garden of God" This Cherub was "perfect" in beauty, faultless in his ways from creation onward until unrighteousness was found in him. Ez 27:3, 28:12,15

Isaiah 42:12 Reference the God of Adam, Abraham, Moses, Jacob, Joseph, David, Josiah, Ezekiel, John the Baptist, Jesus, the Apostles, etc. This Almighty God of Israel is the creator of all living things. In Psalms 83:18 he is called Jehovah God.

If you look in one of the earliest King James Bible of 1611 you'll see that name. Most modern translations have removed that name and substituted it with Lord claiming since the original pronunciation was lost it makes sense to remove it as if the Almighty doesn't exist. Also the divine name Jehovah or Adhonai or Elohim in some translation appears in the Tetragrammaton close to 7000 times so removing the name removes the knowledge and understanding of the Almighty and creates confusion. He just wasn't a tribal God in Isaiah 54:5 it says "....He will be called the God of the whole earth." Psalm 124:8 Jehovah is called the maker of heaven and earth.

Jesus who was a Jew also recognized the God of Israel as being Jehovah or Yahweh. Remember the Jewish clergy during the time of Jesus wanted to bring charges against Jesus in order to put him to death for blashemy so any of worship or acknowledgement he gave to any other god would have given them this opportunity. Plus Genesis 17:1, Isaiah 45:18, Psalm 83:18 refers to Jehovah God being one God. Deuteronomy 6:4,5 also call Jehovah one Jehovah. This is in harmony with Mark 12:29, Romans 3:29-30, 1 Corinthians 8:6, Ephesians 4:4-6, 1 Timothy 2:5 all these scriptures refer to one God.

For Jesus to believe in multiple gods or a triune god would be paramount to apostasy for a Jew and thus grounds for death. Also Roman Zeus was a triune god and existed during this time.

The name given at Psalms 83:18 is derived from the Hebrew consonants Yod He Vod He, or YHVH, referred to commonly as the Tetragrammaton. Because of IGNORANT and FOOLISH Jewish "tradition" of refusing to pronounce "the name" based on the commandment to "not use the name of thy God in vain," the original pronunciation has been lost to history. However, based on the Hebraic tradition of names having meanings and their numerical coded messages in Gematria, the pronunciation Yahweh has been given as the closest Hebrew approximation to the name in modern times. In English, it is translated a Jehovah and the J is pronounced with the J sound. In Spanish the J is pronounced with the H sound, and there is no "h" at the end in Spanish spelling. Each language has their own TRANSLATION and pronunciation for the Hebrew name Yahweh.

Satan the Devil does not want humans to know the name of the only TRUE God, Yahweh/Jehovah so that we would not KNOW who the true God is nor call on His name and worship Him. This is why the name has been all but removed from translations of the original scrolls, even though on the originals it was written 1000's of times. JEHOVAH is the only TRUE God and Jesus Christ is His SON, whom Jehovah gave as a sacrificial ransom, once for all time, for redemption of the Adamic sins of humankind, in order that all who believe in Jesus and OBEY His commands would be forgiven our sins and receive everlasting life.

How that everlasting life is defined is a different thread.

This is all I could find:

    Genesis 22:14

And Abraham called the name of that place Jehovahjireh: as it is said to this day, In the mount of the LORD it shall be seen.

    Exodus 6:3

And I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, by the name of God Almighty, but by my name JEHOVAH was I not known to them.

    Exodus 17:15

And Moses built an altar, and called the name of it Jehovahnissi:

    Judges 6:24

Then Gideon built an altar there unto the LORD, and called it Jehovahshalom: unto this day it is yet in Ophrah of the Abiezrites.

Every morning l sit some where alone getting strength from my Heavenly Father. I have been through my life many warfares because the enemy knew at the end of my Distany l would be so close to our God, that l could move heavy mountains from others lifes. I flow in and out of the controlled system of lies- knowing my Strength of my past fights l have had would lead me in the Light to fight for others. I know my God. I know His Son. Been up in the Heavens before. Saw Jesus fight for me with His Father so l could return to the world to help others. My whole life l wrote what l could see before it happened. Leading me to walk now only with the Holy Spirit- not the world at all. I want everyone to know we have to choose now who we will serve. The world of the mind and flesh. Or the Spirt of our Mighty God and His Son. Choose this day whom you will serve. For the time will go faster and faster as the evilness takes hold. And out of the Clouds Jesus will be. A Mighty Warrrior for you and me!!!

In telling Moses to tell the Israelites that 'I am' sent you, God was saying that He really did exist and although He had not yet revealed Himself to be the God of Israel in an absolutely certain way, He would by means of the 10 plagues and the destruction of the Egyptian army in The Red Sea. And aside from latter, the nation would have understood Moses in exactly this way.

Yes but please, if you use the name Yahweh, be consistent and use the name Yeshua (or is it Yehoshua?).

Does Deuteronomy 28:15-68 tell the of the curses that Judah would be subjected to for their breaking their covenant with The Most high? and If so when we find the people who fit all of the curses wouldn't we have found the true Hebrew? If this is true, then wouldn't the slaves of the trans Atlantic slave trade be the true Hebrew? they are the only people on the planet that has been scattered by the way of ships to the four corners of the earth. Isn't that right? and if we find those who fit the curses have we not found the true Hebrew, All of them happened to those people, and still do to this day. I await your answer.
