    Kosh74:

Your son is not going in the wrong direction.

God knows exactly how to CAUSE each of his children to return to him.

Each of us has to suffer in the flesh to LEARN obedience.

God's children have no knowledge of the Works of God, though suffering and touching hot stoves, we learn knowledge, and through knowledge we learn obedience.

Psalms 107:8 Oh that man would praise the Lord for his goodness, for his wonderful works to the children of men.

If you study God's word, God CAUSES ALL to RESIST his word and works, so when we return to him, we CANNOT say it was the works of OUR OWN HANDS.

David FELL, yet God said David was man after his own heart, Christ came through the BLOODLINE of David and Bathsheba.

What man calls EVIL (sin), God calls GOOD.

    God Bless YOU!

    Virgil1963:

One has to come to the truth, that it is a pleasure to be immersed (baptised) in the word of God, often we only come to this truth by being prodigal.

Psalms 121:8 All things are of God, even our comings and our goings (at times being prodigal), God know how to draw each of us to him.

Psalms 107:31 O that men would praise God for his goodness, his wonderful WORKS to the children of men.

You make have believed you had moved away from God, but he HAD NOT moved away from you, just his WORKS to bring you into the truth and knowledge of God.

    God Bless YOU!

    AMEN Frankie J:

    What is our cross for?

    To DIE on or cross.

Psalms 116:15 Precious in the sight of the Lord is the DEATH (on our cross) of his saints.

If we die on the cross of Christ, the we were MARRIED to him in his RESURRECTION.

    1 Corinthians 15:43 .... raised in GLORY .....

1 Peter 1:21 WE by him (Christ) do BELIEVE in God, who raised him from the dead, and GAVE him GLORY....

John 17:22 And the GLORY thou GAVEST ME, I have GIVEN them, that as we are ONE, they may BE ONE in us.

There was ONLY ONE BODY raise at the RESURRECTION of Christ.

    Ephesians 4:4 .....ONE body .......

1 Corinthians 12:27 ..... ye are the BODY of Christ ......

Ezekiel 36:26 A NEW HEART will I give you .....

1 Corinthians 2:16 .... ye have the MIND of Christ .....

We are a NEW Creation, ONE BODY, with the heart and mind of Christ.

Psalms 107:31 Oh that man would praise the LORD for his goodness, his wonderful works to the children of men!

    God Bless YOU!

    Brother richard:

    you quoted:

matthew 10:23 .... ye (those 12 disciples) shall not have gone over the cities of israel, til the son of man be come.

christ came the second time when god raised him from the dead, we became joint-heirs, we are the body of christ.

christ came; the second time, in the clouds of heaven, the new creation.

colossians 1:27 .... this mystery ...... christ in you .......

john 17:22 and the glory that thou has give me, i have given them, that they may be one, as we are one.

the gospel is believing what god has done for man.

psalms 107:8 o that man would praise the god of his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of man.

That's a beautiful testimony. I often pray for workers of darkness to be set free and when I hear a testimony such as yours I just have to stop and worship the Lord.

    John 8:36

"If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed."

    Psalms 107:2

"Let the redeemed of the LORD say so, whom he hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy;"

    HI Ducan.

I agree the apostacy has already started.

However when Christ comes the second time he will come in judgement, He didn't come as the Holyghost as some suggest.

    Matthew 24:15. hasn't happened yet.

"When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)

    Neither has Matthew 24:27-31.

For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together.

Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. "The elect here I believe is Israel" Isaiah 45:4. Isaiah 11:12. Jeremiah 23:3. Psalms 107:2-3.

The Holyspirit was always in the world, but believers weren't baptized by the spirit until AFTER Christ was risen from the dead.

But the second coming of Christ reads like this.

"But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only."

    Matthew 24:36-44.

There is some amongst us who believes there is no Hell and we all will be saved and become Gods!!

This is the climax of their theology.

I agree in prayer with you. I pray for my sons to come back to Jesus everyday for 20 years now. I don't understand how it happened that their faith was cast aside, but I kind of think that Satan stripped them of it at a fragile time in their teen years. I pray that God will restore what the devil stole from them. They need him, but do not know it at this time. They will never be at peace deep within without Jesus.

I understand that many people "need" to go out and try on what the world offers, either in fleshly matters or spiritual matters, but I also know that this is never good for them. I pray for God to deliver them from evil and to renew their first love for Him that they had as children. This world is such a pull on youth, especially. So many people in its grasp, we pray for God to send the right person to share the gospel (even again) with these people and that those of us who speak of Christ, live a life that honors him and gives no reason for someone to reject Jesus because we are obviously hypocritical. We are sinners, yes, but repentant sinners, not delighting in our sinful choices or excusing them away, but admitting to them humbly and attesting to the forgiveness we have in Christ when we confess them and believe He is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. And then we get up the next day, wash and repeat, so to speak. Martin Luther said, "I die daily" referring to sinning, but also refers to the truth that we rise daily in the forgiveness of Christ. He was emphasizing that we cannot go one day without sinning, but every day we can confess our sins and forgiven and renewed in the life of Christ.

I ask Father for Your comforting hand upon the lost, back slidden, and the hardened heart that has rebelled against Your Words. Help them to know the rich counsel of the Most High. Let them find in their souls the need to cry unto to You O LORD, and You will save them out of their distresses.

    Praise the LORD.

V41 "Yet setteth he the poor on high from affliction, and maketh him families like a flock.

42 The righteous shall see it, and rejoice: and all iniquity shall stop her mouth.

43 Whoso is wise, and will observe these things, even they shall understand the lovingkindness of the LORD."

The LORD is in His Holy Temple; let all the earth be silent.

That's a saying not a scripture. Check these out :D

Psalms 107:20 - He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered [them] from their destructions.

Daniel 6:27 - He delivereth and rescueth, and he worketh signs and wonders in heaven and in earth, who hath delivered Daniel from the power of the lions.

John 14:26 - But the Comforter, [which is] the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

Psalms 149:4 - For the LORD taketh pleasure in his people: he will beautify the meek with salvation.

1 Corinthians 10:13 - There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God [is] faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear [it].

Isaiah 12:2 - Behold, God [is] my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH [is] my strength and [my] song; he also is become my salvation.

Nahum 1:7 - The LORD [is] good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him.

    Praise the Lord,

The five smooth stones are part of a Rock ( 1 Corinthians 10:4) i.e. Jesus Christ . So Jesus Christ is nothing but word of God ( John 1:1 & 14). Matthew 21:44 Its a weapon and Lord has given us spiritual weapon to fight against all demonic powers against us. They are 1. Faith : Hebrew 11:1,6 Hebrews 12:2, Galatians 5:22(F.O.S), 1 Corinthians 12:9(G.O.S) Ephesians 6:16(A.O.G), Matthew 17:20 2.Word of God: John 1:1, Psalms 107:20, Isaiah 55:11, Hebrews 4:12 3. Prayer : Jeremiah 33:3, Matthew 17:21 4. Anointing : Isaiah 10:27, 5. Obedience : 1 Samuel 15:22. If we have this five spiritual smooth stones which formed from Jesus , we can overcome this world. ( 1 John 5:4). David had faith in the Lord and put it into action, also had the special horn anointing to break all the yolks by obeying to the voice of the God. David was a man of prayer. Big things comes in small packages. Victory is ours.

Our Lord desires the soul to be free from sin. Sin is what separates us from his love for us. The consequences and history provide a clear understanding, that we can see the successes of those ,who are like "flocks" gathered together and worshiping him. The congregation and elders, how God rejoices when we give him the glory and are led in his promises. All this because he has redeemed us with his word. That word that was sent down to us in Christ. This is the same word that was with God the Father in creation. God will not leave his children who love him.the children of men are his creation.

2020 and where applicable in the world most of the people of the world are in a repeat mode, meaning the world again has and is doing sinfully as those in this chapter, doing the exact wrongs. Therefore all PRAISE, GLORY, HONOR, be to Jehovah-GOD as HE release both HIS wrath and blessings on HIS world, thereby souls be saved. Where applicable book of Revelation is being fulfilled before our eyes.

"They wandered in the wilderness in a solitary way; they found no city to dwell in." Ever since our first parents sinned, and were expelled as unfit from the presence of God; we have all been wandering solitarily through the earth without a home, while away from and not knowing God. Thus we all were before Jesus came down from heaven to seek and to find us and redeem us from the hand of the enemy.
