Yes the Light is indeed the Light of the knowledge of God in the face of Jesus Christ. And upon careful study of the scriptures the darkness was already there, thus it was created because as you pointed out in Isaiah 45:7. I have revelation that that darkness was the Old Lucifer who turned the light God gave to him into that darkness and God knew he would, for it is All according to his eternal purpose. The Light of the knowledge of God excelleth that darkness. Thus something happened between Genesis 1:1-2. For everything was overturned and made a wilderness at the fierce anger of the Lord. I think it's in Jeremiah 4:23- (Paraphrase) got I'm speaking the truth from the heart. " I beheld and lo the earth was void and empty and darkness and it was overthrow by the fierce anger of the Lord. And Isaiah 14 says Lucifer made the world as a wilderness. And he calls the darkness - NIGHT. So it was overthrown in the night by The lord.- Job 34:25. And paraphrasing Jesus Christ. He said are their not 12 hours in a day? And John 9:4 I must work the works of Him that sent me, while it is DAY: THE NIGHT COMETH, WHEN NO MAN CAN WORK JOHN 9:5- while I Am in the world,I am the Light of the world. He will come as a thief in the night. I am persuaded I have the testimony of Jesus which is the Spirit of prophecy. Not that I am anything or anyone. But Jesus Christ And Him loving My poor and needy self. Thank you so much for blessing me with an opportunity to share the deep things of God's unsearchable word. God bless you

    James 1:19-24:

This is my favorite scripture because, you can dig into this scripture really deeply! James 1:19-20 is literally the main learning point of the old saying "God gave us two ears and one mouth for a reason", we should should use our ears to listen and learn and when we gain wisdom through this we can then use that wisdom to teach through our mouths; Cross References= Proverbs 17:27 and Proverbs 14:29! James 1:21-24 goes to show that we should lay aside all disobedience and defiance, read the word and live it; Romans 2:13, Jeremiah 44:16, and 1 Thessalonians 1:5!

    Psalms 104:2

"Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment: who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain:

    Jeremiah 4:25

"I beheld, and, lo, there was no man, and all the birds of the heavens were fled."

"Lift up your eyes to the heavens, and look upon the earth beneath: for the heavens shall vanish away like smoke, and the earth shall wax old like a garment, and they that dwell therein shall die in like manner: but my salvation shall be for ever, and my righteousness shall not be abolished

There are many scriptures like as this one. I do believe that the heavens are 3 separate but physical and spiritual heavens. That we see and that we won't see unless we are born again...

    to continue......

    Jesue said Matt 5:20

the expression of the Scrip implies obedience,, for Matt 7:21 to enter His works that's been prepared for us from the foundation of the world. Ephesians 2:10 which is these works of righteousness of Titus 3:5 that comes to us by His mercy towards us.

What are His works, the first is 'repentance" God Spirit work upon one soul, convincing one of their sins, which springs from the spirit of unbelief, that comes from the devil, his influnece upon one's heart, & keeps one in his kingdom of disobedience & all who plead for sin & are convince we're not to be delivered from it in this life is of the devil, are deluded, deceived & believe a lie,

2 Thessalonians 2:11 their faith is a life & why? Because they did not choose to become lovers of the Truth. 2 Thessalonians 2:10,11

I could go on with this vein of Truth that's Scriptural sound, with sound reasoning. His Spirit Witness in your own hearts witnesses to the Truth that's being reveal. the question is will you receive Him?

Friends, for the love of your eternal souls, & for the love of Christ soften your heart by Jeremiah 4:3 thorns, the corruptible seed of the devil & Hosea 10:12 the free gift, the Word of Righteousness, the incorruptible Seed of Rom 5:17 & receive Him

    in love & truth

    "Hi Ronald

I am also so sorry in telling you that you are completely wrong.

Revelation 19:15KJV speaks of the one from whom the own JESUS said he has a NAME that no MAN knew, EXCEPT he himself".

Yes, EXCEPT himself, so you are twisting the own word of JESUS who testified about this one that you call as being him JESUS, erroneously.

For what do you contradict JESUS and get preaching saying the NAME of this one is JESUS?

Actually he is only likeness JESUS- Revelation 1:13-,but he is not JESUS Himself, no,absolutely. And JESUS said that this one doth Judge and make WAR, in fact he is an ambassador of the Lord- Jeremiah 49:14 and Obadiah 1:1KJV- and he bears the insignia of JESUS Himself on his garments as an ambassador of the King Of kings, and Lord Of the lords, according prophecies he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a NAME,yes, a NAME written, that is King Of Kings, and Lord Of Lords.

It is he who was with Moses in flame of fire in the Mount Sina in the name of GOD Almighty in the OT, saying to be the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob- Acts 7:32-33. Take a look. And he was with Moses until his death, and after appeared to Joshua, saying: Joshua 5:13-15

13Joshua was by Jericho,he lifted up his eyes and looked, and, behold, there stood a man over against him with his Sword drawn in his hand:and Joshua went unto him, and said unto him,Art thou for us, or for our adversaries?

14And he said,Nay; but as captain of the host of the Lord am I now come. And Joshua fell on his face to the earth, and did worship, and said unto him, What saith my Lord unto his servant?

15And the captain of the Lord's host said unto Joshua,Loose thy shoe from off thy foot;for the place whereon thou standest is holy. And Joshua did so.

Balaam also saw this one of the Lord standing in the way, and his Sword drawn in his hand, saying:behold,I went out to withstand thee, because thy way is perverse before me.

Be careful so, what matters and prevails is the Word of GOD

The liberty that you indirectly or directly speaking of, is an allowance or plead to continue in sin, resulting in a form of godliness but denying the power to make you truly godly. Your book learning that you so greatly esteem, has veiled you to shun the cross. Rom 8:5; Philippians 3:3; Philippians 3:18,19; No wonder Holy Spirit led me into mentioning the cross in our previous discussion, which you says, you didn't understand why I would mention this as relating to our topic. John 1:5; Reread.

    Sad to say, as of now, these things maybe hidden from you & according to your faith, so is it being done unto you, for how can an unclean faith bring forth a pure vessel, 2 Timothy 2:21;

    God in His great love for you is reaching out to you, I have not spoken from myself, but waited for His counsel in all our conversations, this is O & NT pattern; I've spoken plainly & felt from the beginning in reading your testimony, that God has a future purpose for you, when a farmer plants a seed, it takes much nurturing & patience & pruning to bring about fruit, but it is only accomplish within us, by a sincere love for the Truth, especially when His two edged sword is facing towards us, this I have had very much experience in. There He will make us to know His wisdom that is from above. & yet, same sword that cuts, also heals, bless the Lord, don't allow His Seed to remain among thorns, Mark 4:7; Jeremiah 4:3,4; Rev 18:4;

    Habakkuk 3, in context

Habakkuk 3:3, it is a prayer, proclaiming GOD's power. It appears to me that he is saying by evidence of GOD moving through Teman. As Judgement references Jeremiah 49:20, Ezekiel 25:13, Amos 1:12, Obediah 1, notice Genesis 36:15 Jeremiah 49:7, Edom named Esau same person, Teman was in his lineage.

Notice also when examining Habakkuk 3:3, tap scripture then scroll down, you'll see the word used fof GOD is (elowah) it's same word used in Daniel 11:38, Deuteronomy 32:17, Habakkuk 1:1, seemingly significant as different than uses in the rest of scripture, as names of GOD.

    Hopefully this is helpful

    James 1:27

PURE RELIGION and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.

    Jeremiah 49:11

Leave thy fatherless children, I will preserve them alive; and let thy widows trust in me.

    Lamentations 5:3

We are orphans and fatherless, our mothers are as widows.

    1 Timothy 5:3

Honour widows that are widows indeed.

    1 Timothy 5:16

If any man or woman that believeth have widows, let them relieve them, and let not the church be charged; that it may relieve them that are widows indeed.

    Psalms 68:5

A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, is God in his holy habitation.

  • God Controls the Winds - In Reply on Matthew 24 - 1 year ago
    Jeremiah 49:36

And upon Elam will I bring the four winds from the four quarters of heaven, and will scatter them toward all those winds; and there shall be no nation whither the outcasts of Elam shall not come.

    Revelation 7:1

And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree.

    Zechariah 2:6

Ho, ho, come forth, and flee from the land of the north, saith the LORD: for I have spread you abroad as the four winds of the heaven, saith the LORD.

    Matthew 24:31

And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

    Mark 13:27

And then shall he send his angels, and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven.

In Job 1 we see that Satan can cause destructive winds that kill people, animals and communities.

Also that God owns the storehouses of Rain, Snow and Hail.

    Galatians 6:15,

Please see context: Deuteronomy 10:16, Deuteronomy 30:6, even in old testament men have argued their holiness, set apart status, (in the flesh) yet GOD said even then; it's about the heart. Jeremiah 4:4, Jeremiah 9:25, = Romans 2:29, Romans 3:30, Romans 4:11, 1Corinthians 7:18,

    Galatians 3:28,

They were still arguing circumcision, not equality in GOD. Acts 11:2, Galatians 2:12,

    New= 2Corinthians 5:17,

    Hopefully these are helpful

    Hello Mr. Adam Clark:

Here's what I found to back up Malachi message about the "day of the Lord" (29X) from OT to NT. After these verses there's more interesting words God made me focus on as well. So begin our study ( if anybody willing to read) with these verses but do not forget to read the entire chapter or even before and after the chapter for any connecting relevance:

The Lord's vengeance and the year of recompenses for the controversy of the Zion.

    Isaiah 2:12; 13:6; 13:9; 34:8

    Jeremiah 46:10

    Lamentations 2:22

    Ezekiel 13:5; 30:3

Joel has spoken about the sun darkened and the moon into blood as reiterates in Acts 2:20

    Joel 1:15; 2:1; 2:11; 2:31; 3:14

We pause and pray. It seems the day of the Lord is a great and very terrible day. I pray that ALL will be saved today's Bible study.

    Amos 5:18; 5:20

    Obadiah 1:15

Zephaniah has spoken that there are people may be saved who seek the righteousness of God

    Zephaniah 1:7-8; 1:14; 1:18;2:2-3

    Zechariah 14:1

    1 Corinthians 5:5

    2 Corinthians 1:14

I thank God for Paul that we who are saved will know perfectly when this day would be even if it comes as a thief in the night as mentioned in ( 2 Peter 3:10)

    1 Thessalonians 5:2

That is why I think we who truly believes God and have done God's will more likely not experience this day. So we pray earnestly that ALL may be saved. Happy reading.

Jeremiah 20:1, Yeah, sad when someone of trusted positions act corrupt, cruel & evil, abusing their authority, especially in the house of The LORD our GOD! Proverbs 15:3, that's why GOD sent Jeremiah to prophecy to them. Jeremiah 1:4-19, Jeremiah 4:1-6, notice Jeremiah 20:1-6, Jeremiah 7,

    But then: Jeremiah 3:12, Jeremiah 12:15, Isaiah 51:11, Isaiah 35:10, Isaiah 44:22, Isaiah 55:7, John 3:15-21,

Even today we see hypocrisy but Jesus already knew, lived it & gave us direction : Matthew 23, Matthew 25:31-46,

    Hopefully these are helpful

That's not a stupid question Kathy, as quite often when a prophet of God makes an utterance, he does so as he hears God speak to him, or he is moved in spirit, or even by a vision, and sometimes all of these are mixed in together within the chapters.

Here in Jeremiah 4:23-26, we read the words, "I beheld". And this tells us that Jeremiah was given a vision of impending disaster so it was Jeremiah himself that made these utterances. A disaster so great, that it would be likened to the state of the Earth before God made it habitable for living creatures ( Genesis 1:2). And then the LORD speaks in verse 27, "For thus hath the LORD said (speaking of the coming judgement), The whole land shall be desolate; yet will I not make a full end." Even though the Earth (the land that Judah inhabited) will be destitute of vitality, of light, & of living creatures, God would not annihilate it altogether. For one day in the future, Judah would return to their land.

    Genesis 27:41,

Esau was also called Edom, Genesis 36:1, please read: Obadiah 1, whole chapter

Note: Obadiah 1:10-14 "For the violence against thy brother Jacob shame shall cover thee, and thou shalt be cut off forever. In the day that thou stoodest on the other side, in the day that the strangers carried away captive his forces, and foreigners entered into his gates, and cast lots upon Jerusalem, even thou was one of them. But thou shouldest not have looked on the day of thy brother in the day he became a stranger; neither shouldest thou have rejoiced over the children of Judah in the day of their destruction; neither shouldest thou have spoken proudly in the day of distress. Thou shouldest not have entered into the gate of my people in the day of calamity; yea, thou shouldest not have looked on their affliction in the day of their calamity, nor have laid hands on their substance in the day of their calamity; Neither shouldest thou have stood in the crossways, to cut off those of his that did escape; neither shouldest thou have delivered up those of his that did remain in the day of distress."

    Obadiah 1:6, Malachi 1, Deuteronomy 2:22, Jeremiah 49:7-22, Judges 11:17, 1Kings 11:14-25, Ezekiel 25:12-14,

    Romans 9:13-15,

Hopefully these are helpful also, towards more understanding of why GOD said Esau HE hated.

    Amen Brother Alex:

The doctrines of man are had to overcome, but in God's TIME and PURPOSE: TRUTH will prevail.

Romans 2:28 For HE IS NOT A JEW which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh:

Romans 2:29 But HE IS A JEW, which is one inwardly, and the circumcision is of the heart, IN THE SPIRIT, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.

Jeremiah 49:19 Behold, he (the Holy Ghost) shall come up like a lion from the swelling of Jordan against the habitation of the strong (Satan, the carnal mind): but I (the Holy Ghost) will suddenly make him (the chosen) run away from her ( Revelation 17:5): and who is a CHOSEN MAN, that I (the Holy Ghost) may APPOINT OVER HER ( Revelation 17:5)? For WHO IS LIKE ME (born of spirit, image of the Holy Ghost)? and who will appoint me the time? and who is that shepherd that will stand before me?

    God Bless YOU!

    Mark Chapter 12

41 And Jesus sat over against the treasury, and beheld how the people cast money into the treasury: and many that were rich cast in much.

42 And there came a certain poor widow, and she threw in two mites, which make a farthing.

43 And he called unto him his disciples, and saith unto them, Verily I say unto you, That this poor widow hath cast more in, than all they which have cast into the treasury:

44 For all they did cast in of their ABUNDANCE, but she of her WANT did cast in all that she had, even all her living.

    KJV Bible References=

    Jeremiah 4:16

Make ye mention to the nations; behold, publish against Jerusalem, that watchers come from a far country, and give out their voice against the cities of Judah.

    Daniel 4:17

This matter is by the decree of the watchers, and the demand by the word of the holy ones: to the intent that the living may know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will, and setteth up over it the basest of men.

Watcher is a type of biblical angel. Watcher occurs in both plural and singular forms in the Book of Daniel, where reference is made to their holiness.

The APOCRYPHA of Enoch refer to both good and bad Watchers, with a primary focus on the rebellious ones.

"In the Book of Enoch, the watchers are angels dispatched to Earth to watch over the humans. They soon begin to LUST for human women and, at the prodding of their leader Samyaza, defect en masse to illicitly instruct humanity and procreate among them.

They created Human/Angel Hybrids called the Nephilim. Fallen Ones - Watchers. They are real and they were wiped out by the Flood in Noah's time.

They aren't mentioned anymore after the narrative that they created giants after lusting after women.

If you go to the book of Enoch, they are imprisoned.

    Hi Mary.

I agree with Richard and this may also help.

The term is also used to describe a Hebrew custom which indicated deep sorrow. Upon the death of a relative or important personage, or when there was a great calamity, it was customary for the Hebrews to tear their garments. Reuben rent his clothes when he found that Joseph had been taken from the pit ( Genesis 37:29). The sons of Jacob rent their clothes when the cup was found in Benjamin's sack ( Genesis 44:13). A messenger came to Eli with his clothes rent to tell of the taking of the ark of God and of the death of his two sons ( 1 Samuel 4:12). David rent his garments when he heard that Absalom had slain his brothers ( 2 Samuel 13:31). See also 2 Samuel 15:32; 2 Kings 18:37; Isaiah 36:22; Jeremiah 41:5. Rending of clothes was also an expression of indignation. The high priest rent his garment when Jesus spoke what he thought was blasphemy ( Matthew 26:65).

    Hey Rich,

Well said, we see how Israel was doing these same things, Jeremiah 7:18-20 and Jeremiah 44 and how God dealt with them. Israel was constantly tempted to learn the ways of the pagan nations around them and fell into that often. Paganism is still at work today and it is like leaven, it slowly corrupts from within. It started in Babel/Babylon, and we see it from Genesis to Revelation.

    God bless,

    Hey Stephen,

This is not biblical it comes from the Roman Catholic Church; This is called the Assumption of Mary; she was crowned as the Queen of heaven. The Papacy has declared Mary immaculate (sinless). The Catholic Church has elevated Mary to the level of a mediator, Mother of God, advocate, and co-redeemer of humanity, and more that is not in the scriptures.

If we look back, we see another who had these titles, Semiramis the wife of Nimrod, whose name has changed, who started in Babel/Babylon, with her son Tammuz, after Nimrod's death, the start of Pagan idol worship that included consecrated prostitution. God delt with Israel about this, Ezekiel 8:14 Jeremiah 7:18 you can see more in Jeremiah 44. There is more we can see from the past, in the Old Testament, things that we should be aware of.

There is much more but may this answer your question.

    God bless,
