2ND COMMENT TO DENISE: Ezekiel 9:6 Slaughter old men, young men and maidens, women and children, but do not touch anyone who has the mark. Thus I have delivered 2 verses that state the obvious. Isai 45:7 says I form the light and create darkness; I make peace and create evil. I THE LORD DO ALL THESE THINGS. THE LORD CHASTISETH US THAT HE LOVES/HE AINT GOOD ALL THE TIME. May Yahowah bless u!

This comment is for Denise. If you look at 2 Kings 2:22: verse 23 Elisha was coming out of town and a some youths was picking at him/and Elisha called down a curse from the Lord on them/2 bears come out of the woods and mauled 42 of them. Elisha kept on getting up. I have paraphrased due to limited characters on post..these were children!!!!Mauled!!!

But what about the "little ones" being destroyed, aren't they innocent?
  • Christ Magnified Glorifying Jesus on Deuteronomy 2 - 6 years ago
Day 48 of Bible Reading in a Year. God's Word is a story, a documentary, a novel, historical and true. It speaks of real people that God had and was showing and proving himself too. People have not changed since then. Hearing and reading His words and believing His promises requires faith. With the coming of the Spirit of Christ we can understand by faith through grace and continue in faith.

Vs. 33-34; it's the same with the Ishmaelite descendants who worship Allah; their children are taught the way of Allah, BUT if they are killed BEFORE the age of reason, knowing the truth - they are with God forever. It's the same with all children that too young to understand. When you see a photo of a child holding a gun - you know he is 'aware' of what he is doing, that a gun is for killing.

Eric. I wondered this same thing but after praying and asking and searching, I feel that it is because when those children grow up, they will come back trying to take the land from God's people.

Love reading this book in the bible. I thrill reading the accounts of God 's word and instructions given to the people. It 's like being there. And, although written hundreds of years earlier than today, knowing this is the same God, who became flesh so we could receive salvation is both awe inspiring and Instills a Godly fear in my heart. How amazing to think God loves His Creations! That includes people. However, God hates sin and will not share the same space with it. He would that none should perish, but that all people would come repent from sin to Him. Amen

Wow im just blown away now. By the probability it seems that there were real giants that lived in the land. It does seem however that there are anti bible opponents in archeology that are hideing the findings of many archeological digs. Why? Because it goes against their darwin theory of evolution. It would make the bible literal.

A lot of these people who were killed mercilessly during that time were offspring of the Giants and had fallen angel DNA and needed to be removed from earth to stop Satan in his tracks (from corrupting mankind DNA see book of Enoch who walked with God). Not one was to survive if they followed God's orders. But unfortunately some were not destroyed and some existed even after the flood and they are back today. Of course the devils (UFOs) are at it again as in the days of Noah they are kidnapping earth males/females and genetically creating more hybrids today. We are truly living in the end times. Get ready and prepare spiritually for this delusion to come.

@Eric, so what's your point...God will destroy the earth by fire and many people will die including children and women. God always does righteous judgment.

How is it possible to justify the actions of the Children of Israel in killing so many people, including "The little ones"(See Verse 34),with the commandment, "Thou shall not kill"? Would God really have told Moses to do such a thing?

Iam reading it as my New Year's eve meditation to prepare me and my family for the coming year. I love it because verses 1-3 sets the tone for the rest of the chapter if not the entire book. These 3 verses also sets the best tone for a new year, a new begining and a new life. Read it with me now "1 Then we turned, and took our journey into the wilderness by the way of the Red sea, as the LORD spake unto me: and we compassed mount Seir many days.2 And the LORD spake unto me, saying,
3 Ye have compassed this mountain long enough: turn you northward." Consider the underlined words especially. Have a northward New Year.
