Discussion for Deuteronomy 6:4

  • Thomas horne for verse 4
No, Jesus didn 't have to say it Kalam. the bible does. Jesus didn 't come to life himself up, but to life god up. god himself lifted him up. and as we lift him up we are saved. The lord is one.
  • Mike nyondo for verse 4
What is the exact meaning of that verse?
  • When used with Deuteronomy 6:5 it is not only a statement of faith but it becomes one of the greatest commands in the Bible.
  • One Lord ,One Faith ,One Baptism If God , Jesus and the Holy Spirit are not the same wouldn 't you need faith for each one of them?
  • Muhammad Kalam let me show you where Jesus is claiming to be God. Read John 8 58. When Jesus says I AM he is using the same name that GOD told Moses in Exodus 3 14.
  • Anothervicki for verse 4
Just read the book of Isaiah. Clearly clearly Jesus is Lord, the I Am, God. He came in the flesh to save us.
