People's Bible Notes for Colossians 3:13

Col 3:13 Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another. How often and earnestly long-suffering and forbearance are enjoined! Nor have we grounds for expecting that God will forgive us unless we also forgive (Mt 6:12). Christ is our example.

This sums up our relationship with Christ as it relates to this world,How we relate with our spouses and children and relationships with unbelievers and our character in this world, it is chapter full of insights for us to walk Christ like ans focus on christ for He is our life Amen, until His return. Be blessed beloved

"Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth." The heathen spirit that reigns over the hearts and minds of men, is what's behind all their "philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ." If we were of this world then we would love the same things the world loves, and live by its spirits. But we seek another world!

There is no room for anger in our precious lives and not everyone is the elect of God

I myself have some trust issues but according to the bible we love one another as Christ loved us.
