    (J)erem(I)ah 17:9

"The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?"

To Guillermo: I'm gonna redirect on that. I believe that world economies are going to tank on corona virus as we have already seen. The only problem is that the scripture says pestilence in plural: pestilences. We need to be drawing real close to Jesus now. "My sheep hear MY voice". Be careful what you listen to.
SPIRIT of Antichrist has been here for years. I believe the Antichrist is here. He's in the background. The economies may act like a roller coaster? Get in Daniel and study it. Watch some YouTube sermons. Eventually Antichrist will stand up, solve the broken world economies, create one world money and one world religion. Keep hold of your faith in Jesus to save. Rejoice!

1 Corinthians 12:28 - And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues. (Tongues the last least gift.)
1 Corinthians 12:29 - Are all apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? are all workers of miracles?
1 Cor 12:30 - Have all the gifts of healing? do all speak with tongues? do all interpret?
1 Cor 12:31 - But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet shew I unto you a more excellent way.
1 Corinthians 14:5 I would that ye all spake with tongues, but rather that ye prophesied: for
greater is he that prophesieth than he that speaketh with tongues.

1 Corinthians Chapter 14: 26 How is it then, brethren? when ye come together, every one of you hath a psalm, hath a doctrine, hath a tongue, hath a revelation, hath an interpretation. Let all things be done unto edifying.rn27 If any man speak in an unknown tongue, let it be by two, or at the most by three, and that by course; and let one interpret.rn28 But if there be no interpreter, let him keep silence in the church; and let him speak to himself, and to God.rn....But if there be no interpreter, let him keep silence in the church....rnnot one Pentecostal church I have ever been to have ever followed this in scripture.rntongues is the least important gift. no interpreter = keep silent.

Thanks for your comments. Do you think Mankind is ready NOW to turn away from evil and turn to God, in this trying period? Knowing that with Him all things are possible (Luke 1:37) He's the God of flesh as there is nothing too hard for Him (Jeremiah 32:27) I am confident that joy will come after this weeping of the night, as He's about to do something new in the lives of the believers that would convince those yet to believe in Him as their
Lord and Saviour. I have a saying now that the fear of Corona virus disease is the acceptance of God Almighty

Hello, I personally don't believe someone who baptizes needs to speak in tongues. Bible doesn't say John the Baptist spoke in tongues and he baptized Jesus. Where did you hear that and what scriptures do you feel supports that idea?

Hey Peggy - Hit youtube and type in CUP OF THE LORD
see what pops up. there are a number of times the cup of the Lord is in the Bible.
Psalms 116:13 I will take the cup of salvation, and call upon the name of the LORD.
Matthew 20:22 But Jesus answered and said, Ye know not what ye ask. Are ye able to drink of the cup that I shall drink of, and to be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with? They say unto him, We are able.
1 Corinthians 11:25 After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of me.

  • Mutt - in Reply on Leviticus 27
The 2 great commandments are mentioned every time. The first in to love the Lord thy God with all they heart, mind and soul and the second is to love thy neighbor as thyself. By keeping the 10, you are keeping the 2.

Are the 10 commandments part of the Mosaic Law and if so, then one must keep the whole law, true? If one lets God empower them to keep the two Great Commandments,
no, Jesus fulfilled the 10 Commandments (lived a sinless life). So being a Christian, you would want to do the things that He told you to do,correct? He says And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things I say? You aren't saved because you try and keep the law, keeping the law is the fruit of being saved

I do believe in Jesus, so does just believing and trying to live right mean that I will go to heaven. Do I have to attend church and be baptized? If I have to be baptized, can a person who is also a believer baptize me or does it have to be a member of a church?

  • Chris on Zechariah 9:13
Very true. I gather you mean that our work should be one of introspection and not inspection of another?
  • The Lord's Supper was instituted so that as a Church, we could come together to remember him. If we consider the Lord and the apostles in the upper room and also the new fledgling Church, the remembrance of His death was always in the company of others, as they partook of the common bread and cup. I don't believe a leader in the Church has to necessarily be the convener and officiator at the Lord's Table; any brother could officiate. The point was that believers who got together to worship the Lord, also took time during their fellowship meal to remember Jesus' sacrifice. This could be done at home, but as an individual? This would appear pointless & suggest to receive a special blessing.

Find your favorite preacher on youtube to view some Revelation 12 teaching. You'll have to put the 12 in the search box. My personal favorite on revelation is Oral Roberts. I lived in Tulsa 3 yrs. People there made jokes about him every day mercilessly. One time he said something that caused huge uproar and the Christians said they were going to hide under rocks. Something boiled up in me (Holy Spirit) and I shouted, are you all going to turn on a brother?! Makes me think of apostle Paul. Everybody just kind of melted around a corner. We gotta stick together. (It was Jesus not me.) we don't get to shun...

New Testament Scripture, "If you love Me, keep my Commandments" (John 14:15); in these types of discussions, in general, why aren't the two Great Commandments also mentioned since they are mentioned in the NT also? Getting tired, Are the 10 commandments part of the Mosaic Law and if so, then one must keep the whole law, true? If one lets God empower them to keep the two Great Commandments, will it cause them to obey the Ten Commandments also?

  • Neil MacEwan on Matthew 1
Re Matthew 1:17....the genealogy...start with Abraham as 1, Isaac 2, etc, and since there were 3 batches of 14, that would make Jesus the 42nd...but continue with the count suggested above...and you will find that Jesus is 41!.....?
So there is a missing generation?
    Any thoughts on this?
    Who is the missing generator?
I have an answer that satisfies me....but what say you?

I read half of Lamentations night before last. God has bent over backwards to bless them. The apple of his eye. Known the world over as his peculiar people. The envy of the nations. It hurts me that they hurt Him. Resist Him. It gladdens me that many returning Jews that have been saved are evangelizing. Hard to do when you are sheltering from a viral pestilence. May be this disease is from the I WILL that is loose in the world? You can't read Lamentations and not miss the severity of emotion. The last grains of sand in an hour glass fall real fast. Makes me wonder? Let us all pray for a revival. Now when we are confined. I hope you will. Some of Stan Telchin's testimony is on YouTube.

Remember the old song we sing in church, Nothing But the Blood Of Jesus?
If demons are holding you down and another is holding your mouth shut....all ya got, is your spirit screaming I'm covered with the blood of Jesus!!
It's sorta like fire fire for fire help.
God hears it. You will be released! Hope you never have to use it! Spiritual warfare is very real. Keep your armor on at all times. Baby Christians need much prayer coverage by intercessory prayer Warriors. Jesus is seated at the right hand of God interceding for the saints. (On earth)
Anyone ever see that movie the War Room?'
If you are going to do battle in spiritual warfare, you must be baptized by the Holy Spirit.

I have noticed a word change happening in these text. Proverbs 5:20 for example. Immoral women has been replaced with a strange woman. Zion replaced with Sion in another verse, I cannot remember where I caught that one? I am using my KJV Bible as my reference which this is supposed to be?

Regarding pleading the blood of Jesus Christ, are there any scriptures in the New Testament found to support this phrase? I disagree with Genesis 2 because it did not explain the pleading of the blood.
